3rd Eye Supplementary Meditation
Chant/Mantra: AMON or AMUN , AMUN .
AAAMMMOONNN .
Breathing exercises:
Alternate nostril breathing:
Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left, drawing energy through your nose into your third eye.
Visualize this white, glowing energy entering your third eye.
Close both nostrils and hold for a count of 6.
Exhale, keeping your right nostril closed.
Vibrate : AAAMMMUUUNNN.
Now switch, close your left nostril with your thumb and inhale through your right, drawing the energy in through your nose into your third eye. Visualize this white, glowing energy entering your third eye.
Hold the breath for a count of 6.
Exhale, keeping your left nostril closed.
Vibrate : AAAMMMUUUNNN.
The above makes one round. Repeat 4 times.
It is important to relax and take your time with this exercise.
Visualization:
Visualize your third eye as a spinning, bright white vortex and see it spinning faster and faster.
Concentration:
Meditate on it and look at your third eye with your eyes closed.
