Healing techniques

Sensitization of hands:

(The following excerpt is from Master Choa Kok Sui's book The Amazing Pranic Healing.) Since aura vision takes a long time to develop, we must try to sensitize our hands to be able to feel the bioplasma energy field or inner aura and determine which areas of the [patient's] bioplasma body have been emptied or accumulated.

Steps:

1. Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

2. Press the center of your palm with your thumb to make it easier to focus on it.

3. Turn your palms facing each other, 8-10 centimeters apart. Raise your upper arms slightly to expose your armpits.

4. Concentrate on the center of your palm and the tips of your fingers. Breathe in and out slowly. Move your hands back and forth gently and very slowly for about five minutes. By concentrating on the center of your palm and the tips of your fingers, you activate the hand and finger chakras. This makes the hand sensitive and enables you to feel the subtle energy or substance. Eighty to ninety percent of readers will feel a tingling, warmth, pressure or regular pulsation in the center of their palm the first time. It is important to feel this pressure or regular pulsation.

5. After sensitizing the hands, immediately begin scanning.

6. We practice sensitizing our hands for a month. After a month, the sensitivity of our hands becomes more or less constant.

7. Don't be discouraged if you don't feel anything on your first try. Keep practicing, because by the
fourth time you'll probably start to feel these subtle sensations. Openness and proper concentration are very important.

Scanning the outer and inner aura:

(The following passage is also from Master Choa Kok Sut's book The Amazing Pranic Healing.) When scanning with your hands, always concentrate on the center of your palm. Only in this way will the hand chakras remain activated, or become more activated, and only in this way will they be sensitive to subtle energy or matter. Without this, it is difficult to scan.

Scanning the outer aura – steps :

1. Stand four meters from the patient, with your hands raised, palms facing them.

2. Approach him slowly, trying to feel his outer aura with your sensitive hands. While scanning, concentrate on the center of your palm.

3. When you feel warmth, tingling, or slight pressure, stop. At this point, you are feeling the outer aura. Try to feel its size and shape, its width from head to waist, from waist to feet. front and back. In most cases, the outer aura resembles an egg turned upside down, with the top wider than the bottom.

4. It is very important that during scanning we learn to sense auras in terms of pressure, so that we can map the outer, [health] and inner aura as accurately as possible.

5. The outer aura is usually one meter in radius, but can sometimes be more than two meters wide. In hyperactive children, the outer aura can reach three meters.

Scanning the inner aura – steps :

1. Move one or both hands closer to the patient. Move your hands slowly back and forth to feel the inner aura. The inner aura is usually 12-13 centimeters thick. Always concentrate on the center of your palm during the scan. Only in this way will the hand chakras remain activated or become more activated, and thus become sensitive to subtle energy or matter.

2. Scan the patient from top to bottom, front and back. Scan the left and right sides: for example, the left and right ears or the left and right lungs. When scanning the right and left body parts, the inner aura should be the same thickness on both sides. If one is smaller or larger than the other, there is a problem with it. When scanning one of the patient's ears, it was found that the inner aura of the right ear was only five centimeters thick, compared to the inner aura of the left ear, which was thirteen centimeters thick, it turned out that the patient had barely heard in his right ear for seventeen years.

3. Special attention should be paid to the major chakras, the most important organs, and the spine. In many cases, a part of the spine is congested or depleted even when the patient does not complain of back pain.

4. When scanning the area around the throat, the animal must be elevated to ensure accurate scanning. The inner aura of the chin often causes confusion or obscures the true condition of the throat.

5. When scanning the lungs, the procedure should be performed from the back and sides to obtain accurate results. Each of the two nipples has a minor chakra that interferes with proper scanning of the lungs. There is also a more advanced method for scanning the lungs from the front, back, and sides, in which the lungs are approached with two fingers instead of the entire palm.

6. Special attention should be paid to the solar plexus chakra, as many emotional illnesses negatively affect it.

Evaluation of the results obtained during the inner aura scan:

l. During the scan of the patient, we will observe that there are depressions and bulges in the inner aura. The depressions are caused by pranic depletion. The diseased part of the body is depleted or does not have enough prana. The surrounding subtle meridians are partially or completely blocked, so prana cannot flow freely from elsewhere to the given area, it cannot vitalize it. When pranic depletion occurs, the affected chakra is emptied and filled with polluted, diseased energy
. Usually its activity also decreases.

2. When an area bulges, it is a case of prana accumulation or bioplasma accumulation.
Excessive amounts of prana and bioplasma material in the diseased area partially or completely block the surrounding subtle meridians. The excess prana and bioplasma material cannot flow freely. The accumulated prana loses its vitality after a certain period of time because fresh prana does not reach it - or only in very small amounts. When prana accumulation occurs, the affected chakra becomes clogged and filled with diseased energy. This is usually accompanied by hyperactivity of the chakra.

3. The diseased part of the body may be characterized by both accumulation and depletion of prana. In this case, part of the diseased area is hollow, while another part is bulging. For example, the left side of the liver is accumulated (bulging) and the right side is depleted (hollow). Another example: part of the left side of the heart is accumulated (bulging), while part of the right side is severely depleted.

4. The smaller the inner aura, the greater the discharge. The greater the bulge of the inner aura, the more accumulated the diseased body part. The smaller or larger the inner aura of the diseased body part, the more serious the disease.

5. There may be a temporary excess of prana in one area. This is not a problem. If someone sits in one place for a long time during the scan, it is easy to develop a significant bulge around the buttocks. Since the surrounding meridians are not blocked, normal conditions will be restored within a short time.

6. A temporary lack of prana may also occur in an area. This is not a problem either. It is likely that a recent quarrel will cause a temporary lack of prana in the solar plexus area. After a few hours of rest, the normal state will be restored. However, constant quarrels or constant anger can cause a pranic drain in the solar plexus area, which can cause intestinal problems and possibly heart disease.

7. The patient's physical condition should be carefully monitored and the patient's complaints should be thoroughly questioned to avoid hasty conclusions.

8. As mentioned earlier, diseases first appear in the energy body and only then in the visible physical body. There are cases when a pranic discharge or accumulation of prana is observed in the inner aura of an area, although the medical findings are negative. In this case, the disease has not yet manifested itself in the visible physical body. Therefore, pranic healing must be performed to prevent the disease from physically manifesting. Scanning with the fingers After sensitizing our hands, we scan our own palm with two fingers. Slowly, gently move our fingers back and forth to feel the inner aura of our palm. Try to feel its thickness with our two fingers, and then
distinguish the different levels of the inner aura. We also practice scanning our palm with one finger. During scanning with the fingers, we should concentrate on our fingertips throughout. This activates or enhances the activity of the secondary chakras of the finger, which makes the hand more sensitive. When scanning with your palms and fingers, always concentrate on the center of your palms and the tips of your fingers. This will activate or maintain the hand and finger chakras, which will increase the sensitivity of your palms and fingers.

Scanning with the palm of your hand is not enough. We need to learn to scan with our fingers as well. This is necessary so that we can find and scan hidden problem areas properly. It is difficult to scan these areas properly with the palm of your hand because it only detects the healthier areas surrounding the problem areas. Hidden problem areas are practically covered and camouflaged by the healthier areas.

For example, an eye patient usually has a pranic discharge in his eyes, while the inner aura of the surrounding areas is normal. Since the palm is quite large and the inner aura of the eyes is about 5 cm in diameter, it is possible that the palm only detects the healthy eyebrows and forehead, but not the small problem areas. If the fingers are also included in the scan, this danger can be avoided. The spinal column should also be scanned with one or two fingers to find the small problem areas.

Twin Heart Meditation and Self-Healing Meditation:

The Enlightenment Technique or Twin Heart Meditation is a method that aims to achieve cosmic consciousness (cosmically enlightened). It is also a form of service to the world, since the harmony of the world is achieved to a certain extent by blessing the entire Earth with love. Twin Heart Meditation is based on the principle that some of the main chakras open a kind of gate to certain levels of consciousness (horizons of consciousness) that can be entered through them. To achieve enlightenment or cosmic consciousness, it is necessary to properly activate the heart chakra. The word "twin heart" refers to the heart chakra and the crown chakra: the former is the emotional heart, the latter is the center of the divine heart. When the crown chakra is properly activated, twelve inner petals open and turn upward - in this case resembling a golden goblet, golden crown, golden lotus or golden flower - to absorb spiritual energy, which it then transmits to other parts of the body. It is also symbolized as a sacred chalice. The crown worn by kings and queens is nothing more than a porous imitation or symbol of the crown chakra, which shines with indescribable beauty, which is possessed by spiritually advanced individuals.

A very rapidly rotating golden crown appears as a brilliant halo of light above the person's head. The hats (mitres) of the Pope, cardinals and bishops symbolize this. When the crown chakra is strongly activated, a halo of light (halo) appears around the head. This is why saints of different religions have halos around their heads. Since there are different levels of spiritual development, the size and brightness of the halo also vary.

When someone practices twin heart meditation, divine energy descends upon them, filling them with divine light, love, and power. They become a channel for divine energy. In Taoist yoga, this divine energy is called "heavenly ki." In Kabbalah,
it is the "pillar of light," which suggests that the phenomenon is actually seen by seers as a pillar of light. Indian yogis call this pillar of light the spiritual bridge of light, the "antakharan." For Christians, it is the same as the "descent of the Holy Spirit," which is symbolized by a pillar of light and a descending dove. In Christian art, it is represented by a white pillar of light above the head of Jesus or the saints, and a white dove descending. This symbolizes the descent of divine energy. Spiritual aspirants who have been practicing this meditation for a long time sometimes experience
a dazzling, almost blinding light surrounding them or filling their heads. This is an experience well known to advanced yogis and saints of various religions. If we delve into the teachings of various religions,
we will find that similar experiences are described.

The crown chakra can only be properly activated if the heart chakra is properly activated first. The heart chakra is the counterpart of the
crown chakra. The heart chakra resembles the inner chakra of the crown chakra with its 12 golden petals. The heart chakra is the lower counterpart of the crown chakra. The crown chakra is the center of enlightenment, divine love, and oneness with the universe. The heart chakra is the center of higher emotions—compassion, joy, love, care, mercy, and other refined emotions. The experience of divine love can only be achieved by developing refined, higher emotions. Explaining to an average person what divine love and enlightenment are like is like explaining colors to a blind person.

There are many ways to activate the heart and crown chakras. They can be achieved through physical movements (hatha yoga), yogic breathing techniques, mantras (powerful words), and visualization techniques. All methods work, but they are not fast enough. The most effective and fastest way to activate these two chakras is through love meditation, that is, blessing the Earth with love. When we bless the Earth with love using the heart and crown chakras, the chakras become channels for spiritual energies and are thus activated. By doing this, we are also serving the world, and as a result of the blessing, we will be blessed many times over. We will be blessed when we bless others. We will receive when we give. This is the law!

Someone with a properly activated crown chakra does not automatically become enlightened because they first have to learn how to activate it in order to become enlightened. It is like having a complex computer but not being able to operate it.

If the crown chakra is properly active, then we should meditate on the light, the mantras OM or Amen, and the pauses between the OMs and Amens. Intense concentration should be focused not only on the mantras OM and Amen, but also on the pauses between them. Enlightenment (samadhi) can only be achieved by intensely and deeply concentrating on the light and the pauses (moments of silence) between the two OMs or Amens!

There is a common saying in yoga that when the water is turbulent, it is difficult to see what is beneath it. When the water is calm, one can see what is beneath it. Similarly, when the mind and emotions are chaotic, self-realization is not possible. However, with a calm mind and emotions, one can achieve what the Indian yogis call "self-realization," Buddhism calls "
knowledge of one's true nature," and the Christian tradition calls "enlightenment."
The other chakras are quite active in most people. The base chakra, the sex chakra, and the solar plexus chakra are active in practically everyone. Their survival and survival instincts are very strong, and they easily react to their lower-level
emotions. With today's education, which also relies heavily on intellectual abilities, and the spread of modern creations, the ajna and throat chakras have become developed in many people. What is not developed in most people is the heart and crown chakras. Unfortunately, modern education tends to overemphasize the importance of developing the throat and ajna chakras—that is, concrete and abstract thinking. The development of the heart has been pushed into the background. For this reason, we often encounter people who are very intelligent but at the same time very raw. Such people are not emotionally mature enough. They are immature, or their heart chakra is underdeveloped. They are intelligent, perhaps even "successful," but their human relationships are very poor, they have few friends, and perhaps no family.

With the twin heart meditation, such a person becomes emotionally balanced. This means that his main chakras are more or less harmoniously developed. Whether abstract and concrete thinking is used for constructive or destructive purposes depends on the development of the heart chakra. When the solar plexus chakra is overdeveloped and the heart chakra is underdeveloped, or when lower emotions dominate and higher ones are underdeveloped, then the mind is easily put at the service of destructive purposes. If people do not develop their hearts in increasing numbers, world peace will remain an unfulfilled dream. That is why it is so important that the importance of developing the heart is given due emphasis in educational systems.

Persons under the age of 18 should not perform the Twin Heart Meditation, because their bodies cannot yet handle too much subtle energy. Otherwise, physical paralysis may develop in the long term. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule. There are many very developed souls who have incarnated and are now in adolescence. These developed adolescents have a large heart chakra and – under supervision to avoid unnecessary problems – can begin the Twin Heart Meditation at the age of 14-15. People with heart disease, high blood pressure and glaucoma should avoid meditation, because meditation can aggravate their condition. It is important that those who want to regularly perform the Twin Heart Meditation develop their character and purify themselves through daily meditation. The Twin Heart Meditation activates not only the heart and crown chakras, but also the other chakras. Therefore, both the negative and positive qualities of the meditator's personality are enhanced. The meditator can be convinced of this himself, but visionaries can also confirm this.

Those who would like to do regular twin heart meditation:

1. Do not eat pork, eel, and catfish.

2. Don't smoke.

3. Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol.

4. Do not use drugs that cause addiction and hallucinations.

Eating pork, eel, and catfish during regular meditation can cause the so-called kundalini syndrome
. Kundalini syndrome can manifest itself in the following problems:

1. Chronic fatigue

2. Overheating of the body

3. Chronic insomnia

4. Depression

5. Skin rash

6. High blood pressure, etc.

Heavy smokers may experience chest pains during the Twin Heart Meditation because their anterior and posterior heart chakras
are polluted. Regular smoking also increases the risk of developing high blood pressure. Therefore, anyone who wishes to practice this meditation regularly should give up smoking. Excessive alcohol consumption and the use of addictive and hallucinogenic drugs should also be avoided, as they all pollute the energy body. Meditating with a polluted energy body causes a buildup of prana.

Activation of the heart and crown chakras:

1. Cleansing the etheric body with physical exercises. The exercises are performed for about five minutes to
cleanse and energize the etheric body. Physical exercise removes the light gray matter (used prana) from the etheric body. Physical exercises also minimize the risk of possible prana accumulation, which is beneficial because with the twin heart meditation a lot of subtle energy accumulates in the etheric body.
Sometimes, when a spiritual aspirant is meditating, he may experience unusual physical movements for a certain period of time. This is completely
normal, as the energy channels are being cleared at this time.

2. A supplication for divine blessing (invocation). We can formulate the supplication ourselves. The author's reads as follows:

My God, thank you for giving me heavenly blessings, showing me signs, helping me, protecting me, and enlightening me.

3. Activating the heart chakra by lovingly resolving the Earth. Press your finger on your heart chakra for a few seconds. This will facilitate concentration on the front heart chakra. Concentrate on the heart chakra and bless the Earth with love. During the blessing, you can visualize the Earth shrinking to a tiny size in front of you. The Earth should not be blessed mechanically, the blessing should come from the heart.

We can choose the prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi:

God, make me an instrument of your peace.
(Let us feel inner peace and bless the Earth with peace.) Where there is hatred, let me sow love. (Let us feel divine love. Let us become a channel of divine love and bless the Earth with love.) Where there is injustice, let us forgive. (Let us feel the spirit of reconciliation and bless the Earth with the spirit of reconciliation, understanding, harmony and peace.) Where there is despair, let us hope. Where there is doubt, let us believe.

(Feel the divine hope and faith and bless the Earth with hope and faith. Bless those in difficulty with hope and faith.) Where there is darkness, there is light; where there is sadness, there is joy. (Let us become a channel of divine light and joy. Bless the Earth with divine light and joy. Bless those who are grieving and in pain with divine light and joy.) When we bless, feel the significance of each word. We can even imagine them in our minds. When we bless the Earth with love, visualize the Earth’s aura turning a dazzling golden-pink. The blessing can be given to one people or to many people. However, during the meditation, we should not bless a specific baby, child or adult, because they may be overwhelmed by the energy generated by the meditation. They should only be blessed after the excess energy has been released. Then it is safe. At first, let's not overdo the blessing. There may be those who may even have a slight accumulation of prana around their heart. The reason for this is that our etheric body is not clean enough. The accumulation should be removed by local sweeping.

4. Activating the Crown Chakra by Stopping with Love for the Earth. To facilitate concentration, press your crown chakra for a few minutes, then bless the Earth with love. When the crown chakra is sufficiently opened, some people feel as if something is opening on their head, others feel a kind of pressure in the same place. You can choose the following blessing:

From the heart of God, may the whole Earth be blessed with love. (Feel the love. Let us become a channel of divine love and goodness and share it with the whole Earth.) May the whole Earth be blessed with unclouded joy and happiness. (Feel the joy and happiness and share it with the whole Earth. Let us visualize people struggling with difficult and burdensome problems smiling, their hearts filled with joy and happiness. Let us visualize their problems becoming lighter and their faces brightening.) From the heart of God, may the whole Earth be blessed with understanding, harmony and divine peace.

(Let us become a channel of understanding, harmony and peace. Let us visualize people or nations on the brink of war coming to terms and living in harmony with each other. Let us visualize them laying down their weapons, shaking hands and embracing each other.)
May the Fold be blessed with goodwill and good intentions. (Imagine people not only being full of goodwill and not only talking about doing good things, but also doing them. This is the true meaning of the word "goodwill".)

5. Meditate and bless the Earth through the heart and crown chakras simultaneously. Once the crown chakra is activated, focus on the crown and heart chakras simultaneously and bless the Earth with love for a few minutes. This harmonizes the two chakras and makes the blessing much more effective. Imagine the Earth in miniature. You can choose the following blessing:

From the heart of God, may the whole Earth, every person and every being be blessed with divine love and goodness. (Feel divine love and goodness and share it with the whole Earth, every person and every being.) May the whole Earth, every person and every being be blessed with warmth, care and tenderness. (Feel the sweet, loving feeling and share it with the whole Earth.) From the heart of God, may the whole Earth, every person and every being be blessed with healing, inner beauty, divine happiness and divine unity.

(Let us feel divine bliss and divine unity and share them with all people and all living beings.)

6.  Attaining Enlightenment: Meditation on the light, the mantra OM or Amen, and the pause between the two OM or Amen. Imagine a white or golden bright point of light appearing on your crown chakra. Feel the energy that the point of light radiates from itself. Feel the inner peace, tranquility and happiness emanating from the point of light. Focus on the light, inner peace and happiness for a few minutes. Gently, silently chant the mantra "OM" or AUM or "Amen". Meditate on the light and the mantra at the same time. When meditating
on the pause between the two OM or AUM or Amen, pay attention to the light, tranquility and happiness simultaneously. Continue the meditation for ten minutes.

Let us not be frightened if we experience an "inner explosion of light" around our head. When we are able to concentrate simultaneously on the point of light and the pause between the two OM or AUM or Amen, we will experience this. Then our entire being is permeated with light! This will be the first enlightenment of our life and the experience of divine ecstasy. Buddha-consciousness or enlightenment is nothing other than
understanding and experiencing the words of Jesus when he says: "If your eye is single, your whole body is full of light." (Luke 11:34) "For
the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21)

If we feel as if we are being pulled out of our bodies or as if we are going through a tunnel, let the experience unfold until we merge with the light. If
we encounter all-pervading darkness or the "great void", that is also good. At such times, ordinary consciousness transforms into an expanded consciousness. Let us let go, be calm. We ask God and our spiritual teachers to take us to a higher level of consciousness. Some people take years before the first spark of enlightenment or Buddha-consciousness appears. For others, a few months or even a few weeks may be enough. In some cases, the expansion of consciousness occurs during the first attempts.

The guru usually helps in this. While doing the meditation, the aspirant should be indifferent. This means that he should not
pay attention to the result and should not expect too much. Otherwise, he will meditate on his expectations and the expected results and not on the bright point, the OM and the pause between the two OMs.

7.  Releasing excess energy. After meditation, release excess energy by blessing the Earth with light, love, peace and prosperity for a few minutes until you feel your body returning to normal.
After that, you can bless specific people, your family, your friends. If you fail to release excess energy, the etheric body will accumulate, and the meditator will experience headaches and chest pains. The visible body can even be damaged in the long run due to excess energy. Other esoteric schools release excess energy by visualizing the chakras releasing excess energy. They will collapse and become more opaque. However, this method forgoes the utilization of excess energy.

8.  Thanksgiving. After meditation, we thank divine providence and our spiritual leaders for the divine blessings.

9.  Further release of excess energy and strengthening of the body with massage and further physical exercise. After meditation,
move your body thirty times, massage different parts of your body, and then do physical exercises for a few minutes. This will release additional energy, expel the used prana from your body, and thus cleanse and strengthen the visible body. This will also facilitate the processing of prana and spiritual energies, which will make the meditator more beautiful and healthier. With massage and exercise after meditation, the risk of prana accumulation in different parts of the body, which could lead to illness, is also reduced. We can also cure ourselves of certain illnesses if we do physical exercises after the twin heart meditation. Physical exercises are very important after meditation, because if we did not do them, our physical body would naturally weaken. Although the etheric body becomes extremely bright and strong, the visible physical body becomes weakened because it cannot bear the burden of the residual energy generated during meditation in the long term. Personal experience will convince everyone of this.

Some people tend to skip the post-meditation exercise and continue to enjoy the blissful state. However, this temptation must be resisted, because the state of the physical body suffers from this laziness in the long run.
After the physical exercises, stand in a shoulder-width stance. and bend your knees. Think about your feet. Project your consciousness deep into the earth and silently bless it with the following words:
May Mother Earth bless me with divine light, love and strength. May Mother Earth rebirth me. My roots are tied to Mother Earth, I belong to her.

This allows our consciousness to descend into our physical body, and the meditator will be able to deal with the issues of daily life and live honestly. Many spiritual meditators are unable to maintain their practicality because they are not rooted in the earth, not standing on solid ground.

This may seem like a lot of instructions, when the meditation itself is short, simple, and very effective! Excluding the exercises, it doesn't take more than about 30 minutes. There are many levels of enlightenment. The art of "instinctive intuition" or the attainment of "direct synthetic knowledge" requires long-term, consistent meditation.

Blessing the Earth with love can also be done in groups, as a kind of world service. In this case, we first bless the Earth through the heart, then the crown, and finally both chakras. After the meditation, we release the excess energy.
The blessing can be directed not only to the entire Earth, but also to one or more people. The effect of a group blessing is many times greater than that of an individual one. Another way to bless the Earth with love in a group can be realized through the radio, the broadcast of which is attended by the majority of listeners at a favorable time. Just as pranic healing is capable of "miraculously" healing minor and major illnesses, so the magical twin-heart meditation performed by many people can heal the entire Earth, where harmony and peace are gaining more and more space. This message is now also aimed at those readers who are mature enough for it and have the "good will".

Self-healing meditation:

After the twin heart meditation, we can do self-healing.

With the Twin Heart Meditation, our crown center is brought into a highly activated state. The crown center is the entry point for divine energy into the body. When divine energy enters the body in large quantities, it appears as a brilliant, liquid white light. The healing power of divine energy is extraordinary, and we have no choice but
to direct it to various points of the body for self-healing or to maintain health.
Before starting the sequence, it is advisable to say the following invocation:

Almighty God, my spiritual teacher, all spiritual teachers, saints, holy angels, healing angels, healing helpers and all the great ones: I thank you for the blessing and healing.

1. Close your eyes and touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

2. Visualize a bright, flowing white light at the crown of your head. The bright, flowing white light flows through your crown, head, arms, and legs. It flows through your head into your body and exits through your hands and feet.

3. The bright, liquid white light flows into our brain: the right hemisphere, the left hemisphere, the front, middle and back areas of the brain. Our entire brain is bright and healthy.

4. The pineal gland and pituitary gland are filled with brilliant white light. Light and life flow through them.

5. Divine healing light flows into our eyes, nose, ears, gums, and mouth, which are filled with light and life. They are healthy. Our heads are filled with light and life.

6. Our jaws, throats, and necks are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them healthy.

7. Our spine is filled with a radiant healing light. Our spine becomes brighter and brighter. A radiant liquid light runs along its entire length, especially at its lower part and base. The light makes the entire spine radiant and healthy.

8. Our lungs are filled with a brilliant, liquid white light, making them radiant and healthy. Our lungs are permeated with light and health. They are filled with healing divine energy.

9. Our heart and thymus are filled with a brilliant, liquid white light, making them bright and healthy.

10. Our breasts are permeated with healing divine energy, making them radiant and healthy.

11. The liver and gallbladder, located at the lower right rib, are filled with a bright, liquid light, making them radiant, healthy, and strong.

12. The spleen, located at the lower left rib, is filled with a bright, liquid white light, making it appear radiant and healthy.

13. The stomach, pancreas, small and large intestines are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them radiant and healthy.

14. Our kidneys and adrenal glands are filled with a brilliant, liquid white light. Healing light flows through them and they become full of life. They become radiant and healthy.

15. Our genitals and bladder are filled with a brilliant, liquid white light, making them radiant, strong, and healthy.

16. The shoulders are filled with a brilliant, liquid white light, causing them to relax and light to flow through them.

17. Our arms are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them radiant and healthy. Our armpits, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them radiant and healthy
.

18. Our legs are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them full of life. Our hips, knees, ankles, and feet are filled with a bright, liquid white light, making them healthy and strong.

19. Every cell in our body and blood is permeated by a brilliant, liquid white light, which makes our blood healthy, filled with light and life.

20. Our endocrine glands will be healthy and work harmoniously. All the organs of our body will be healthy and full of light.

21. Our entire body is filled with light and life, making it healthy and strong.
Let us reinforce self-healing with the following words:

"I am happy. I am filled with love and light. My body becomes healthy. So be it."

After completing the sequence of actions, it is worth saying the following prayer:
Almighty God, my spiritual teacher, all spiritual teachers, saints, holy angels, healing angels, healing helpers and all the great ones: I thank you for the blessings and healing. With true faith. So be it.
