Navel Chakra Supplemental Meditation
Chant/Mantra: RAH.
RRRAAAHHH.
Breathing exercises:
Breath of Fire:
Contract your abdominal muscles tightly (inhale quickly and forcefully into your abdomen), exhaling the air.
Relax immediately and the air will automatically flow into the upper part of your lungs. Practice a few times, feel it.
Do 20 in a row, in and out, using your abdominal muscles.
After the 20th exhalation, inhale 19, contract your rectum, fold your head to your chest and vibrate as you exhale: RRAAAAHHHHH.
Raise your head and repeat 5 times.
Visualization:
Visualize your navel chakra as a spinning, lemon-yellow vortex and see it spinning faster and faster.
Concentration:
Meditate on it and "feel" your navel chakra.
