Lie on your stomach, with your heels together. Inhale and push yourself up into a push-up position. Only the tops of your toes and palms should be on the floor. Exhale and lower yourself down. Continue up and down 15 times, at a moderately slow pace.
2. Lie on your stomach. Reach back and grab your ankles, stretch up into a bow pose (cradle). Begin to breathe fire for 30 seconds. Inhale, exhale, relax lying on your stomach, both arms stretched out loosely at your sides.
3. Lie on your stomach. Clench your hands into fists and place them above your thighs. Inhale and lift your extended left leg. Exhale and lift your right leg and lower your left. Continue alternating with your breathing for 2 minutes.
4. Rest in Cobra Pose. Hold the position and just relax. Heels together, arms extended, head tilted back (4A). Rest in this position for 45 seconds, then spread your legs apart, bring your arms closer to your body to arch your back more (4B). Roll your head back and forth, rotating your chin from your right shoulder to your left shoulder, inhaling on the right side, exhaling on the left. Continue 4-5 times.
5. Relax and lie on your stomach. Hold your wrists behind your back. Roll on your chest from side to side. Keep your legs straight and your heels together. Continue for 30 seconds.
6. In the same position, arms relaxed at your sides, begin to relax each part of your body in turn. Go deep into yourself. 5 minutes.
7. Bundle rolling: Lie on your back straight, arms at your sides like a bundle of tied wood. Roll yourself from back to stomach, stomach to back, over and over again, without bending your body, arms, or legs. Do not bend anywhere. Continue for 3 minutes.
8. Complete relaxation lying on your back for 10 minutes.

This series provides extra resistance to changes in the environment. In order to connect with the Kundalini energy stored in your body, you activate sexual energy with Exercise 1, activate navel energy with Exercises 2 and 3, and move it up the spine with Exercise 4A. During Exercise 4B, the thyroid gland begins to secrete and opens the circulation in the brain. This results in clearer thinking and energizes the will. The last two exercises charge and strengthen the electromagnetic field and stabilize the new energy state you have created.
