Csakra: 1., 3., 4., 7.

1. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, but leave a small gap for inhalation.

2. Inhale, making a hissing sound.
This should happen automatically due to the position of the tongue .
Similar to full yogic breathing, the inhalation should consist of three even stages: filling the lower, middle, and upper parts of the lungs.

3. Hold your breath for as long as you feel comfortable.

4. Exhale slowly and evenly through your nose. You can also hiss. Do as many times as you feel comfortable.
