Root Chakra Complementary Meditation


Chant/Mantra:   Z  , as in the word "Zebra".

ZZZZZZ.

Breathing exercises:


Breathe in through your nose and fill your lungs.
As you inhale, contract your rectum 18 (the sphincter muscle). Hold the breath for a count of 4.
Bend your head to your chest and exhale, vibrating ZZZZZZZ
until you are out of breath. Raise your head and repeat 5 times.

Visualization:

Visualize your root chakra as a spinning, bright red vortex, and see it spinning faster and faster.



Concentration:

Imagine your root chakra getting hotter and hotter, try to "feel" it in your mind.
