Frontal lobe breathing

Chakra: 7.
Both hemispheres of the brain.
This is also the breathing exercise and meditation, which stimulates the 7th chakra and the pineal gland, as well as all hemispheres of the brain and especially the temporal lobe.
1. Begin to "breathe into your 3rd eye."
2. Do this several times in a row.
3. Breathe deeply through your 3rd eye, all the way back to your 6th chakra
4. Hold your breath for a count of 5. Or more.
5. Slowly exhale, visualizing the energy you have inhaled flooding the top of your head (the brain).
6. Do this as many times as you want
7. When you're done, relax.
