Yogas

They are in order and you can print them out because I found black and white pictures. You can even save them on your phone and do them. There are a variety of standing, sitting, lying, stretching, twisting and other movements and positions.

You can skip the ones you can't or don't want to do. Do as many of them as you want. Do them for as long as you want. Progress slowly and gradually. You can hold a pose for a few minutes or even several minutes.

For beginners, I advise you to do little and not push yourself. Do a few poses only once a week. Then you can slowly increase the days and positions.

If you are sick, do not do these at all. Don't feel guilty, definitely rest your illness and recover from it as soon as possible. Even if you feel that you have recovered, wait at least a week and then gradually progress again, like when you were a beginner.

Each sequence begins with a standing pose and ends with a resting pose. No matter how many poses you do, it is important to end by simply lying down and meditating without any thoughts.

Many felt a pleasant tingling sensation. Many felt the emotional chakras on their faces, as if snakes were coming together on their faces and meeting at the tip of their noses. There were those who felt hissing and popping sensations in their heads, and even heard them. Many noticed signs of the rising of the kundalini in themselves. I have written all this so that you know and do not be afraid.

(I will remove the watermarks from the images later.)
