Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:

First:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the FRONT Sacral Chakra  and meditate on it.
FRONT Sacral Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL .

Then:

Concentrate and visualize the expansion of  the Sacral Chakra 
on the LEFT side   and meditate on this.

LEFT SIDE Sacral chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Sacral Chakra  at the BACK    and meditate on this.

BACK Sacral Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL.

Afterwards:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the  Sacral Chakra  on the RIGHT side    and meditate on this.

RIGHT SIDE Sacral  Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL.

Next:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Sacral  Chakra in the CENTER    and meditate on this.

MIDDLE Sacral Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL.

Finally:

Concentrate and visualize  the  expansion of ALL   Sacral Chakras   and meditate on them all at once.

ALL Sacral Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  NNNEEERRRGGGAAALLL.

You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
