Sacral Chakra Supplemental Meditation


Chanting/Mantra:   OH.

OOOHHHH.

Breathing exercises:


Breathe in through your nose and draw energy from your root chakra into your sacral chakra.
Fill your lungs.
As you inhale, contract your rectum (the sphincter muscle). Hold your breath for a count of 4.
Bend your head to your chest and exhale, vibrating: OHHHHH,
until you run out of air. Raise your head and repeat 5 times.

Visualization:

Visualize your sacral chakra as a spinning, bright orange vortex and see it spinning faster and faster.



Concentration:

Meditate on it as it spins.
