Weightlifting
It would be good if everyone lifted a few weights. It is very good for the muscles and our immune system. It makes us more resilient, stable and persistent. I have noticed that it even makes my aura bigger and stronger. It is recommended for both women and men. From teenagers to adults. It is recommended to first get lighter and then heavier dumbbells.
If you're feeling like doing it now, but you can't get a cheap and suitable dumbbell quickly, I'll give you a weird tip: buy a rubber dog toy that's shaped like a dumbbell. I was able to get one of these for cheap. Fill it with salt. Not sand, but salt, because all kinds of bugs can settle in sand. Plug the end with something.
I bought such a toy for 300 HUF and the salt for 120 HUF. So it's really cheap. It's about 3kg. A dumbbell that's lighter than 1kg can cost thousands, even a 3kg one. After 3kg, buy something heavier. Then you won't be so anxious and you'll be able to look around better. I bought a 12kg dumbbell at Lidl for 3000 HUF. While the same dumbbell was 10,000 HUF in other stores.
You can also buy fitness weight vests and do standing asanas with them. I bought a 4kg fitness weight vest at Aldi, maybe for 2000 HUF. It's for the back, you can look it up online. After the weight training, I also recommend a massage. I bought a massage chair at Lidl for 6000 HUF. Massage also strengthens the immune system and relaxes stressed muscles.
I just posted a few that I found online. There are others that you can watch.
You either do several things a day, or you do one thing a day.
I roughly put it together so that it includes:
Standing.
Supporting.
Bending.
Lying.
