Energy Meditation


This meditation is great for beginners as it helps you feel the energy. It also strengthens the aura if done regularly.

1. Relax your entire body. The deeper the trance, the more effective it is, but this meditation can be done at any time and does not require a trance.

2. Inhale and simultaneously draw energy into all parts of your body. Beginners should visualize a bright, white light, similar to the Sun. Working with colors is an advanced technique and is most effective when you are more experienced.

3. Exhale and visualize the energy expanding your aura.

4. Breathe in again and visualize the energy becoming brighter and stronger, radiating from your entire being.

5. Exhale again and visualize the energy expanding your aura and the center of your body shining brightly like the Sun.

6. Repeat this several times, each time visualizing the energy becoming brighter with increasing intensity.

If you are working with colors, visualize the color becoming stronger and more vibrant. You will notice that each color has a different feeling. Colors, by their very nature, can attract things.
You can inhale energy from the front and back of your body at the same time, so that they meet in the middle.
Then you can do it from the sides, then from above and below. Then let your aura expand. With this meditation, you can practice expanding and contracting your aura.
