Sithala yoga breathing
Chakra: 4th and 5th
1. Make a pea pod with your tongue. I've included a picture to help you.
2. Keep your tongue like this and inhale the air through your tongue.
3. Close your mouth and hold your breath for a few counts. 5, 7 or 10.
4. Exhale slowly through your nose.
Do as much as you feel like doing.
