Elemental Invocation Meditations
Elemental Invocation Meditations
Invoking the elements is a very advanced method and can be very dangerous. I speak from experience here. Many authors write from a theoretical, scholastic perspective and have no direct connection to specific meditations and spiritual practices. In the following meditations I will share with you my own personal experiences.
Remember – THESE ARE MY OWN DIRECT EXPERIENCES, AND SINCE WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS, SOME OF THESE THINGS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE AND MAY NOT, BUT THESE MEDITATIONS ARE VERY EFFECTIVE, POWERFUL, AND DANGEROUS.
● If you are not physically or mentally healthy,
● If you are taking any psychiatric medication or any medication that affects your brain/nervous system,
● If you suffer from high blood pressure,
● If you have hot flashes from menopause,
● If you are struggling with depression,
● If you don't know yourself 100%,
● If you are pregnant, I strongly recommend that you go back and work on the meditations that you are having trouble with or have not yet mastered to a mastery level. Once you have resolved the above issues using safer methods and you feel you are ready, you can very slowly resume your training.
Let me explain:
In the following meditations, we will be invoking the elements. Here are some examples of what might happen: Invoking fire will heat you up, depending on how many breaths you take (a maximum of 7 or less is recommended for those who are new to this element). 20 breaths can be extreme, even for the experienced. When you first do the fire meditation, you will more than likely feel little or nothing. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DOING MORE BREATHS BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL NOTHING! You will probably not feel the effects until hours later. The effects of invoking fire include fever, a feeling of BURNING HEAT after a warm glow/aura develops, insomnia; and since water is the opposite of fire, water can react to fire, causing you to become depressed. These effects can last for hours or even days. Invoking air can overstimulate the nervous system. Air can make you very irritable and hypersensitive for a few hours or a few days, depending on how much you inhale. I have always been a man of extremes and I am bold, so I have never set limits for myself in meditations, although I have always used common sense. If we invoke these elements for a while, we become resistant to temperature extremes, we can heat or cool our bodies at will, and we can become masters of pyrokinesis, electrokinesis, and other astral sciences.
If you are planning to do elemental meditations, I strongly urge you to keep written notes in a black book or journal about how these meditations affect you. Mastering the elements is one of the highest forms of mind power, while others are still playing with tools. The elements are based on the four corners and directions.
There are two ways to invoke the elements. One is the full invocation, which is what I did (I didn't blow the elements out, that's the most dangerous); the other is an easier method, where you blow the element back into the ether. You can work your way up from there.
We all have strengths and weaknesses in certain elements. Almost all of us have an imbalance in our soul. The following meditations will correct this. After invoking a particular element, sit quietly for a few hours or a day and meditate on how you feel. How have you felt in the past 24 hours? It is important to be able to feel the elements so that you can control and influence them. To properly invoke, control and master the elements, you must balance each element within yourself. Most of us have imbalances. We can usually see these in our horoscopes.
You need to be honest with yourself and know yourself. The following articles in the Advanced section present the elements in their pure form. Very few of us have only one element out of balance, usually we have two dominant elements. Pay attention to the elements that most closely match your characteristics. By balancing your elements, you can expect to heal physically, psychologically, on the soul and mind levels. Fire is the opposite of Water, and Air is Earth. The opposite element is necessary to restore the out of balance. It is important to be aware that invoking the deficient element may temporarily cause the overpowering element to react.
The Fire
Fire characteristics:
Self-centered, confident, enthusiastic, expressive, bold, subjective, talkative, sociable, open, insensitive to others, energetic, impatient, creative, vain, extravagant, unbridled, passionate, conceited, exhibitionist, brave, adventurous.
People with a strong fire element often burn themselves out. They are often overactive, nervous, and obsessed with getting things done in the world. They often have difficulty getting along with others; they can be very insensitive and rude. Fire people are prone to inflammation, high blood pressure, and can be described as "hot-headed" because they tend to be impulsive. Without the earth element, people with a strong fire element cannot maintain their power.
Lack of fire:
People who have little fire tend to have low energy levels, lack self-confidence and self-esteem. They lack vibrancy, enthusiasm, aversion to challenges; they are indifferent to life, and they overcome major problems over a long period of time, with lingering psychological wounds.
Fire relieves mental depression and brings with it a love of life. Fire is the creative principle, the spark of life. Fire rules competition, athleticism, action, courage, self-confidence, charisma, and pyrokinesis. The invocation and control of fire is an advanced form of pyrokinesis.
Invoking fire:
To invoke fire, go into a light to medium trance and visualize yourself in the middle of a large ball of fire. Now do an energy breath. Breathe in the fire from all sides of your body, front, back, top of your head, soles of your feet. Imagine yourself becoming incandescently hot. Do this for seven breaths, and ONLY 7 BREATHS! DO NOT DO MORE! YOU CAN DO EVEN JUST 2-3 BREATHS, BUT DO NOT DO MORE THAN SEVEN!
You have two options for this exercise:
1. Breathe the fire back into the ether after each breath, and you can even exhale more after you have completed the 7 breaths (this is safest), OR 2. Hold the fire. By holding the elements in, you will progress faster, understand what the elements feel like and how they affect you, and be better able to handle the elements, but remember: this is not for everyone. It is better to go slower, more carefully. Always use common sense.
To become a master, you must perfectly master the exhalation of the element (control of the exhalation), as we will practice in later meditations. For example, if you have invoked enough fire and then exhaled it, and your body can tolerate large amounts of this element, you can raise the temperature of objects and even set them on fire, using only your mind. Unlike the other pyrokinesis methods on our website, with the above method you can be miles away from the object.
You will feel warm from invoking fire, depending on how many breaths you take (for those who are new to this element, only 7 breaths are recommended). 20 breaths can be extreme, even for advanced practitioners. When you first do the fire meditation, you will more than likely not feel anything. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING MORE BREATHS BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT FEEL ANYTHING! You will probably not start to feel its effects until hours later. The effects of invoking fire include fever, a feeling of BURNING HEAT after a warm aura is created around you; insomnia. Since water is the opposite of fire, water reacting to the invocation of fire can make you feel depressed. These effects can last for hours or even days.
The Earth
Characteristics of the land:
People with dominant earth are sensual, materialistic, practical, and hate anything that is not planned. Earth gives patience, self-discipline, makes you reliable and conventional. Earth people love traditions, and security is especially important to them, they are cautious, thoughtful, slow to form opinions, and do everything slowly.
They are reserved and have limited imagination, but they have exceptional endurance. They are practical, balanced, calm. They work hard, do not like change, and can follow a routine for years without getting bored. They have difficulty adapting to new situations and changes.
Lack of land:
People lacking in earth are not attuned to the material/physical world, are dreamers, impractical, may neglect their bodies, are superficial, lack self-discipline, unbalanced, often feel out of place, and have an overactive imagination. These people may forget to eat, rest, exercise, etc. They struggle with routine, perseverance, and organizing their lives. Lack of earth makes a person unstable and unable to finish things. These people are here today, gone tomorrow. They may overspend or gamble their money foolishly. They are irresponsible and live only for today. Earth is the material principle.
Invocation of the earth:
To invoke the earth, go into a light to medium trance and visualize yourself in a large sphere with very high gravity. Now do an energy breath. Breathe in the earth from all sides of your body, front, back, top of your head, soles of your feet. Imagine yourself becoming heavier and heavier, as heavy as lead, and unable to move – as if you were buried several feet underground. Do this for seven breaths, and ONLY 7 BREATHS! DO NOT DO ANY MORE!
YOU CAN DO EVEN JUST 2-3 BREATHS, BUT DON'T DO MORE THAN ONE PER WEEK!
You have two options for this exercise:
1. Breathe the earth back into the ether with each breath, and you can even exhale more after you have completed the 7 breaths (this is safest), OR 2. Hold the earth in. By holding the elements in, you will progress faster, understand what the elements feel like and how they affect you, and be better able to handle the elements, but remember: this is not for everyone. It is better to go slower, more carefully. Always use common sense.
After 12-24 hours, sit quietly and meditate for a few minutes on how you feel after invoking the earth.
The element of earth is used in binding rituals. Invoking earth can help quiet your mind for meditation.
The Air
Characteristics of air:
People with a significant air element are able to be objective, unbiased and unemotional. They are intellectual, enjoy spontaneity, get bored easily, are very talkative, and love to communicate. Air is the most social element. Air people tend to move quickly, and so are they. They can be very impractical. Air people lack feelings and emotions. Air is pure reason itself. Air people adapt easily to new situations. They can have an overactive mind, live in their heads, and be people who are always on the go, but who really don't understand anything. Air people lack thoroughness. The expressions "empty-headed", "cold-headed", "not on the ground" also belong to air. The imbalance caused by too much air brings with it a lack of planning, makes you scattered, nervous and causes nervous exhaustion.
Lack of air:
People weak in air have difficulty being impartial and tend to get too emotionally involved. They also tend to form too deep connections with others.
They can be overly emotional, react violently, have outbursts of anger, and have difficulty remaining objective. They have difficulty adapting to new situations. They are often dominated by emotions and can become obsessed. Air is the communicative, intellectual principle.
The element of air is used in rituals that are intended to cause chaos. Air can overstimulate the nervous system until you get used to it, so it is important to go slowly. The invocation of air is used for levitation.
Invocation of the air:
Sit comfortably and go into a light to medium trance state, visualizing yourself in the air.
Feel the lightness and breathe in the element of air. It is important to imagine yourself becoming lighter and lighter, more airy. Imagine your body becoming as light as air itself, the goal is to not feel your body. Do this for seven breaths, and ONLY 7 BREATHS! DO NOT DO MORE! YOU CAN DO EVEN JUST 2-3 BREATHS, BUT DO NOT DO MORE THAN SEVEN!
You have two options for this exercise:
1. Breathe the air back into the ether after each breath, and you can even exhale more after you have completed the 7 breaths (this is safest), OR 2. Hold the breath. By holding the elements you will progress faster, you will understand what the elements feel like and how they affect you, and you will be better able to handle the elements, but remember: this is not for everyone. It is better to go slower, more carefully. Always use common sense.
After 12-24 hours, sit quietly and meditate for a few minutes on how you feel after invoking the air.
The element of air is used in rituals that are intended to cause chaos. Air can be overstimulating to the nervous system until you are used to it, so it is important to go slowly. The invocation of air is used for levitation.
The Water
Characteristics of water:
People with dominant water are overly preoccupied with feelings and emotions. They are psychic and can notice things that others do not, such as subtle nuances. Too much water causes irrational fears, ingrained desires, hypersensitivity, and a sense of threat. These people are very easily offended and hurt, they are impressionable, and their emotions can rule them. Water is intuitive, overreactive, fearful, and timid, giving a feeling of inner emptiness, and causing extreme behavior. Water is compassionate, loyal, devoted, and empathetic. Water is the emotional principle.
Lack of water:
People who are poor in water are not in touch with their emotions. They have difficulty dealing with their own and others' feelings. They are cold, withdrawn, insensitive, heartless, they don't have (much) compassion for others, and they have problems with relationships due to a lack of emotional harmony. These people are often completely materialistic and disregard spirituality.
Invocation of water:
To invoke water, go into a light to medium trance and imagine yourself completely underwater in a large pool or lake. The key is to have still water. Just relax. Breathe in the water from all sides of your body, front, back, top of your head, soles of your feet. Imagine yourself becoming ice cold. Do this for seven breaths, and ONLY 7 BREATHS! DO NOT DO MORE! YOU CAN DO EVEN JUST 2-3 BREATHS, BUT DO NOT DO MORE THAN SEVEN!
You have two options for this exercise:
1. Breathe the water back into the ether after each breath, and you can even exhale more after you have completed the 7 breaths (this is safest), OR 2. Hold the water. By holding the elements in, you will progress faster, understand what the elements feel like and how they affect you, and be better able to handle the elements, but remember: this is not for everyone. It is better to proceed more slowly, more carefully. Always use common sense.
After 12-24 hours, sit quietly and meditate for a few minutes on how you feel after invoking the water.
The more advanced you are, the more you will feel the coldness of the water element. You should feel like a block of ice. Those who practice can keep their bodies ice cold even in the hottest summer heat. The water element can cause depression, so it is important to go slowly. Water is used in rituals that use attraction.
Invocation of the quintessence (Akasha, Ether):
1. "Go into a medium trance state and close your eyes. Imagine yourself in the center of an infinite space. There is no up and down, no right or left. The infinite universe is filled with the finest force material, the universal ether. Ether is essentially colorless, but to the senses it appears in an ultraviolet, almost black-violet color, so we must imagine it in such a color.
2. Breathe in the Akasha/ether, visualize yourself surrounded by black-violet energy, as in energy breathing, and fill your entire being with it, for 11 breaths. Throughout this exercise, you must maintain a sense of connection with the whole, infinite space, while at the same time being completely detached from the world. We must accustom ourselves to this unusual state of mind through practice."
3. Meditate on the feeling of invoking the energy for 10-15 minutes.
"As we have already heard, the sphere of all causes is the Akasha, the world of causes. Any conscious cause, such as a wish, thought, idea - brought about by strong conviction - that we create in this sphere, is realized in the Akasha with the help of the elements, regardless of the level or sphere in which the realization was made. This is one of the greatest mysteries and the universal key, which will only be fully understood later, in the course of our evolution."
-Franz Bardon: "The Path of True Initiation" © 1956 Ether (classical element) From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Redirected from Quintessence (alchemy)) "Ether is the fifth classical element in ancient Greek philosophy and science. The Greek concept probably derives directly from Akasha, the Hindu equivalent of ether. In Greek teachings, ether was the divine fire, the pure essence in which the gods lived and which they breathed.
In this context, aether seems to be some kind of radiant heat, like the heat of the Sun, which can spread through empty space. The Greek word "aither" comes from the Indo-European root "aith" ("sky", "shining"). This root appears in the name Aithiopia (Ethiopia), which means something like "scorched earth".
Ether was once known as a substance that filled all space. Aristotle referred to it as the fifth element (quintessence), based on the principle that nature abhors a vacuum.
Oliver Nicholson points out that the luminiferous ether, better known in the 19th century, the earlier concept of classical ether, had three properties. Among these properties, classical ether had a non-material property: it was "less than a carrier medium for visible light" and was capable of "producing metals" and of promoting the development of all bodies.
[1] Robert Fludd says that the ether is "subtler than light." Fludd supports Plotinus's 3rd-century view that the ether is immaterial and has penetrating properties.
[2] Other 19th-century views (e.g., James Clerk Maxwell, Lord Kelvin, and Nikola Tesla) held that the aether was so similar that it was the electromagnetic field itself.
"In modern physics, dark matter is sometimes called quintessence, as it resembles the classical aether in many ways."
Invoking the Akasha:
Make yourself comfortable and go into a trance state. The following is an excerpt from Franz Bardon's book "The Path of True Initiation":
"Imagine yourself in the center of an infinite space. There is no above or below, no right or left. The infinite universe is filled with the finest force material, the universal ether. Ether is essentially colorless, but to the senses it appears in an ultraviolet, almost black-violet color, and therefore we must imagine it in such a color. You inhale this ether material with your lungs and consciously direct it into the blood.
Once you have mastered this, do the same conscious lung and pore breathing as you did earlier for the energy gathering, with the difference that instead of life force, you inhale the ether with the 35 specified colors and fill your entire body with it. In this exercise, you must maintain the feeling of connection with the whole, infinite space, but at the same time be completely detached from the world. We must accustom ourselves to this unusual state of mind through practice.
In any case, avoid losing consciousness and do not fall asleep. If you are tired, it is better to interrupt the practice and choose a more favorable time. After you have successfully completed the full-body pore breathing with the Akasha element a few times, you can move on.
As we have already heard, the sphere of all causes is the Akasha, the world of causes. Any conscious cause, such as a wish, a thought, an idea - brought about by strong conviction - that we create in this sphere, is realized in the Akasha with the help of the elements, regardless of the level or sphere in which the realization was carried out.
Day 5 The following exercise is partly taken from Franz Bardon's book "The Path of True Initiation":
1. Go into a medium trance state and breathe in the element of Akasha, as in yesterday's practice.
Fill your entire being with it.
2. Akasha cannot be accumulated in the same way as life force. You should imagine that you have power over the four elements as soon as you inhale. Imagine that you already have the ability to control the elements, and that the elements will fulfill everything you ask of them, regardless of the plane on which your wish must be fulfilled. With each inhalation that you make in this state, you should feel the power over the elements.
3. Do this for ten breaths, then meditate on the feeling this energy gives you for 10-15 minutes.
4. The key to this meditation is self-confidence.
Working with the Akasha teaches you to master the elements, which is necessary for an advanced mind.
