Dhynas Process
Dhynas Process
Dhynas=Meditations
It may include:
1. YOGAS
2. POSITIONS
3. PRANAYAMAS
4. VISUALIZATIONS
5. MUDRAS
6. BANDHAS
7. MANTRAS
8. YANTRAS
1. YOGA
That is, body poses, gymnastic exercises. Easier or more difficult body positions and gymnastic movements. It is characterized by stretching, bending, twisting, and a complete set of movements. Sometimes it also includes added meditations. We do as much and as long as we are comfortable with and at a pace that is comfortable. We should progress gradually and never overexert ourselves. We should hold the poses for a few minutes or more. And we should only perform the series of movements very slowly at first. The change to a faster pace should not be too fast or too much. A multitude of YOGAS, ASANAS, KRIYAS and even MEDITATIONS.
2. POSITIONS
Before starting the meditations, let's get into a comfortable position. The most commonly used position is the relaxed cross-legged position. The lotus position is a yoga pose that should only be used for a short time. I don't understand where people got the idea that anyone should meditate in such a difficult and uncomfortable position. The point is not to hinder our blood circulation, as we experienced in the lotus position.
3. PRAYANAMAS
That is, breathing techniques.
BEFORE the meditations:
Mastering breathing exercises prepares a person for meditations and begins to stimulate the given chakra. It is advisable to do them before meditations, but they can also be used separately. Each chakra has one or more breathing exercises. You can do 5, 7, 10, etc. breathing exercises. Don't do too many, for example 50 or 100.
BETWEEN the meditations:
During chakra meditations and meditations that include Mantras, it is worth using simple breathing. That is, before pronouncing the mantras, inhale the air, hold it for a while, and then slowly exhale the air while pronouncing and vibrating the mantra, until you run out of air.
For example: OHM
1. Inhales air
2. Holds air
3. Let go of the air and vibrate
OOOOHHHHMMMM until you run out of air
4. We can start again and do as many rounds as we like.
4. VISUALIZATIONS
That is, imagination. A mental creation, an idea in our head. It serves to focus, direct and create. We can visualize different energies during meditations. For example: the energies of the Sun, the energies of the Moon, a protective shell, a reflective shell, etc.
During chakra meditations, we can visualize the location, shape, color and even other properties of the chakras.
For example: Root canal:
Location: It is located at the base of the spine.
Shape: triangle, but can be a closed flower, tulip, tornado, circle, sphere or open flower.
Direction: point upwards, up the spine.
Color: red, red
Other properties: warm, getting hotter, etc.
Many people have asked me:
– "Should we imagine chakras outside our bodies or inside our bodies?"
We have some chakras that need to be visualized outside our bodies. But most of them need to be visualized inside our bodies. When we heal ourselves, we use our own chakras only on ourselves. When we heal others, we use the patient's chakras only on the patient.
5. Mudras
That is, hand postures. They serve to connect our body in the fingers and redirect life force. When opening a chakra, we can feel smaller or larger electrical impulses, tingling sensations. Some of these hand postures are quite difficult. Those who are uncomfortable or cannot do them do not need them at all, they are not necessary. Those who know how to do them are recommended. But those who have a cast or do not have a hand, do not worry if you cannot do them. So it is not necessary to do the mudras, only those who know can do them. Those who do not know or do not want to can leave them out of their meditations.
There are some mudras that show body positions, so they are similar to yoga poses.
6. Bandhas
That is, to close and hold the energies. The word Bandha means lock. When we use them during breathing exercises or while chanting mantras in meditation, we can even strengthen and better control the energies with bandhas. However, if you feel uncomfortable, then these can also be neglected.
There are three main Bandhas:
Jalandhara
Uddijana
Mula
7. MANTRAS
That is, words. These are Divine names, sacred words, Sanskrit or runic pronunciations, or words with power. Mantras should be chanted at length, articulated, and vibrating.
Vibration:
Voice and speech emitted from the throat. An example of this is the well-known pronunciation of OHM.
Chanting:
You say something repeatedly. For example: You say 7 times: It'll be okay, it'll be okay, it'll be okay, etc.
Example:
Inhale, hold it for a while, OOOOHHHHMMMM until you run out of air.
Inhale, hold it for a while, OOOOHHHHMMMM until you run out of air.
Inhale, hold it for a while, OOOOHHHHMMMM until you run out of air.
This was three rounds, meaning we chanted 3 times.
You can also chant for a set period of time, e.g. 20 minutes. You can chant mantras out loud, quietly, or even to yourself.
8. Yantras
That is, meditation on images or other symbols. It is recommended to vibrate the mantra associated with them. Our first meditations are done without Yantras, with closed eyes. Yantras are used much later and we should meditate on them less often. So we use them only rarely, since meditations have a more important effect on the experience of inner soul effects and feelings. For creativity, drawing, painting and coloring various yantra or mandala images is recommended, as it improves vision.
