1. Example:
I choose the Bija mantra because it is the most popular.
Let's say I am meditating on the Crown Chakra right now.
1. YOGA: Hero Poses, Fish Pose, Sat Kriya.
2. POSITION: Easy Cross-legged Pose.
3. PRANAYAMA: Alternate Nose Breathing.
4. VISUALIZATION:
Position: On the head on the crown.
Shape: Triangle, pyramid, circle, sphere or open flower. Color: Purple.
5. MUDRA: The picture will show.
6. BANDHA: Jalandhara.
7. MANTRA: OHM

Example 2:
I will stay with the Bija mantra meditation and the same with the crown chakra. But now with further extensions, extensions of the crown chakra, which we also call the Watchtower.
I will meditate on the Watchtowers of the Crown chakra.
Everything is the same as with the regular crown chakra meditation, the only difference is that I will also focus on the extensions when pronouncing the mantra.
The Crown Chakra has extensions in front, back, and two more on the sides.
They are on the top of the head, I'm showing an overview of the head from above.
It could be a circle, a triangle, a pyramid, a flower, etc. I hope the pictures make it clear. Now I'm visualizing it as a triangle.
First:
I concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Crown Chakra in the FRONT and meditate on it.
