The human aura is a major factor in the natural telepathic self-defense system. One of the easiest ways to protect ourselves is to make our aura denser, more compact and smaller. An
aura that has been changed in this way is more difficult to penetrate telepathically. This is the technique of sealing the aura, which can be learned immediately!
Sealing the aura is a subconscious form of telepathic self-defense. Have you ever noticed that when someone doesn't believe something or doesn't want to be influenced by someone, they involuntarily cross their arms? And when they sit, their legs? In this case, they subconsciously "seal their aura". This is a good way to protect ourselves from violent sales agents and anyone who telepathically tries to force us to do something against our will.
We can also seal our aura when we are stressed or in a telepathically polluted place.
We should not use this method in front of our boss or superior, because he will interpret it as a sign of defiance or rebellion, and if this happens several times (although it may be enough once), we may even lose our job. In his presence, we should not fold our hands, but rather lower them to the side of our body. He will evaluate this as a sign of receptivity and cooperation.
We should not use this method in lessons either. We should know that knowledge is not only transmitted verbally and visually, but also telepathically (telepathic transmission). Closing the aura significantly slows down learning.
In India, children fold their arms as a sign of respect when their parents speak to them. It is possible that this custom was introduced by a wise man who observed that when parents scold their children and the
children do not defend themselves, they talk back to their parents, and this leads to a deterioration of the relationship. However,
while protecting themselves from the negative impact of a possible reprimand and from angry, uncontrolled thoughts,
they remain respectful. A heated verbal duel does not develop, and harmony is maintained.
How do we seal our aura?
As we mentioned earlier, by intertwining our arms and legs. When we cross our arms, the upper aura is "closed". This means that the aura becomes more compact and smaller, or much denser. To achieve this, we do not even need to think about anything, nor do we need to will. Closing the aura occurs by itself with this simple action. Now the reader may be wondering: is it really that easy and simple? The answer is:
yes, it is exactly that easy and simple!
So, to completely close our aura, we only need to cross our arms and legs. This is very useful when, for example, a highly persuasive agent wants to sell us something that we do not need and that would only unnecessarily burden our wallet. When we cross our arms and legs with the aim of making our aura more compact and dense, we are talking about the "fully closed position version of the aura closing technique".
When we are in front of our superior or in a meeting, we should avoid a completely closed position. Our boss or those around us may interpret this as us wanting to tease and being aggressive. In such cases, we should choose the "semi-closed position". This consists of crossing our legs and placing our hands on top of each other in our laps or on our stomachs. The advantage of the semi-closed position is that it does not give the impression of being provocative, but on the contrary: it creates a feeling of receptivity and cooperation. Another advantage is that it helps us think clearly and precisely, which allows us to be useful in the meeting.
Experiment with the aura sealing technique
Fully closed position:
Ask a friend or relative to be the subject of your next experiment.
1. Ask the subject to sit down. Do not cross their arms and legs yet (open position).
2. Perform the hand sensitization. (Those who do not have pranic healing knowledge
can learn from the appendix.)
3. Look at the subject and scan the upper, middle and lower aura from about 2-3 meters away.
Gradually approach the subject while scanning. (Those who do not have any knowledge of pranic healing
can learn from the appendix.)
4. Ask the subject to cross their arms and legs.
5. Repeat the upper, middle, and lower aura scan. As you scan, gradually move closer to the subject
to feel their auras. Notice the difference between the open and fully closed positions.
6. Ask the subject to lower their arms and legs.
7. Do the upper, middle, and lower aura scans again. Is there a difference?
The sequence of operations can be repeated several times.
From the experiment, we can see that when the subject crosses his arms and legs, the outer aura appears to disappear,
but as we move closer to the subject, we feel that it has not actually disappeared, but has only
become smaller and more compact – or in other words, denser and stronger.
Semi-closed position:
1. Ask the subject to sit down. Do not
cross their arms and legs yet (open position).
2. Let's sensitize our hands.
3. Look at the subject and scan their upper, middle, and lower auras
from about 2-3 meters away. Gradually
approach the subject as you scan.
4. Ask the subject to cross their legs and place
their hands on top of each other in their lap or on their stomach.
5. Scan the upper, middle, and lower aura.

We can repeat the sequence of operations several times.
Strengthening the aura with exercise:
A strong aura acts as a natural telepathic shield. Regular exercise makes the body healthier.
This automatically strengthens the aura. Half an hour of exercise twice a week is enough.
Psychics have observed that during physical exercise, a lot of spent, polluted energy is expelled from the physical body and internal organs, the energy body, the chakras and meridians, and the aura. They become cleaner, brighter, healthier, and stronger. Energy circulation is greatly improved. The positive physical and psychological effects of regular physical exercise cannot be overemphasized.
Any type of physical exercise is suitable: golf, aerobics, swimming, jogging, hatha yoga, tai chi, martial arts, etc.
All of these cleanse and strengthen the aura. Another way to strengthen the aura is pranic breathing. Those who are familiar with pranic healing can perform an experiment to verify what has been said. Before exercising, scan your chakras, internal organs, and aura, and then repeat the scan after exercising. You will be surprised to see how significantly the energy levels of your aura, internal organs, and chakras have increased as a result of exercising.
The author has encountered several psychotherapy cases where patients suffered from psychological disorders. The chakras were overrun with negative elementals (energy parasites). Since their physical bodies and auras were severely weakened, it was easy for
the patients to become victims of telepathic possession. This is a good example of the importance of regular exercise, and it also shows that there is a direct connection between a healthy body and well-being.
The author has a student in Canada who worked as a school principal. However, he gave up his leadership position and undertook to lend a helping hand to some of his students who were struggling with various academic, social and legal problems. The class these students attended was not large, but it was all the more difficult to keep them in check.
The students would get together on Saturdays and Sundays and spend their time drinking and taking drugs. When they showed up at school on Monday, they were barely able to control themselves and very often spoke badly. Despite their behavior, the Canadian teacher did not take offense at this, but listened to them and showed compassion towards them throughout. At the same time, he introduced the "weekly rule", according to which the students took part in a four- to five-hour hike on this day. During the hikes, he always chose particularly difficult - but still safe - routes.
As a result of the hikes, the students underwent serious changes both physically and psychologically. On the one hand, they became healthier, and on the other hand, their vocabulary became more refined and more conversational. Although the transformation was only temporary, its effect was quite dramatic. The hiking, the fresh air, and the good mountain prana energy all had a beneficial, healing effect on the students. It would be interesting to see what results those who treat patients struggling with psychological disorders would achieve if they followed this method. And what if they did some kind of physical exercise not only once a week, but several times a week.
Strengthening the aura with meditation:
There are several ways to meditate. In general, it can be said that they work. When someone meditates,
spiritual energy flows downward to a greater extent. Therefore, meditation seriously affects and strengthens the aura. One of the most effective meditations is the twin heart meditation. This is an ancient form of meditation. It was taught only to senior disciples and was kept secret for a long time. The method is now available to the general public. Those who do not have pranic healing
knowledge can find out how to do it in the appendix. The meditation is also available on audio cassette and CD. Anyone who wants to can see for themselves by experiment how much the aura increases as a result of the twin heart meditation.
All you have to do is scan the aura of the test subject before and after the meditation and compare the two results. When we meditate regularly, the aura becomes permanently larger and stronger.
Strengthening pose:
We can also strengthen the aura directly by touching our tongue to the roof of our mouth and closing our palms or interlacing our fingers.
Why do we need to touch our tongue to the roof of our mouth? Because this completes the flow of energy between the front and back meridians, which increases the overall pranic energy level of the body. And why do we need to close our palms?
Because this allows the excess pranic energy that would otherwise flow out of the hands to flow back into the body. In this way, the
energy level of the body increases and the aura becomes even stronger.
When we close our palms and touch our tongue to the roof of our mouth, the aura expands and
becomes stronger. When we spread our hands and take our tongue off the roof of our mouth, the aura becomes relatively weaker. The
former is called a "strengthening pose." By taking a strengthening pose, our energy level immediately increases, while at the same time
our energies are preserved.
The pose is good when we need to concentrate on something, give important instructions to someone, or are in the middle of an important meeting. There are several ways to close or join the palms:
1. Place both hands behind your back. Bend your thumb on your left hand, then close your palm, and clasp your left hand with your right hand.
2. Place your left hand over your right hand and clasp it in front of your body.
3. Close both palms. Keep your thumbs bent. Put your hands in your pockets so they can't see them. If
you don't put them in your pockets and keep them at your hips, they will take it as a sign of aggression.
We can verify the authenticity of the methods by scanning the aura of our test subject first in a traditional pose and then in a strengthening pose, and comparing the two results. We will experience that in the strengthening pose the aura is clearly thicker and larger.
Strengthening the aura with crystals:
Crystals worn on the body activate the chakras and strengthen the aura. In this way, they are also
suitable for telepathic self-defense purposes. However, before using them, we must cleanse and charge them. "Crystals" include gemstones, precious stones and semi-precious stones.
Crystals can be worn as pendants and rings. A six-pointed crystal made of clear quartz, Czech ruby, amethyst or green tourmaline can be worn as a pendant. A six-pointed crystal creates a balance between the upper and lower chakras. A crystal worn as a pendant is preferably worn between the heart and throat. It should not be worn on the heart for a long time, as it can have a detrimental effect on the physical heart.
If worn as a ring, it is advisable to wear the crystal on the little or middle finger of the left or right hand. Garnet, which should be worn on the right hand, can be used to strengthen the aura and for telepathic self-defense.
People with a pessimistic outlook and negative attitudes should not wear it, as it may bring bad luck to them. At the same time, it brings good luck to people with a positive attitude and optimism.
Cetrine is also suitable for telepathic self-defense. It should also be worn on the right hand. Green tourmaline and emerald are recommended for healers, doctors and psychotherapists due to their disinfecting and cleansing effects. They should be worn on the left hand
Amethyst, like clear crystal, should be worn on the right hand. Diamond is a particularly effective crystal for telepathic self-defense, which is best worn on the right hand. It is not necessary to spend a fortune on a one or two-carat, good
quality diamond. Diamonds with inclusions, slightly yellowish, or even small diamond stones in a ring will do. Several small diamonds of one carat are much cheaper than a single diamond. Cheaper diamonds
provide about the same protection.
