Everyone needs active recreation, which can be sports, games, or other entertainment.

There are so many sports. Yoga prepares us very well for this, and sports also move our body parts in other ways. Be it running, cycling, swimming, acrobatics, dancing, etc.

Games can be played outdoors, such as football, handball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, etc.

Inside, for example, there is ping-pong, board games, and various video games and consoles. We sometimes need the latter too. 

Entertainment is different for everyone. Reading, drawing, painting, watching TV, baking, cooking, decorating, making ornaments, but also painting nails, applying makeup and wellness.
