Kali Meditations

Kali Meditations

Kali's Mantras naturally reflect Her qualities.

Kali's One-Time Mantra: Crimea.

KRI or KRIM:

Ka – the first consonant of the Sanskrit alphabet, meaning established, manifested existence.

Ra – The core sound of fire and light.

I or IM – Represents focused energy, motivation and willpower. Shakti as the executive force.

The Crimean mantra can activate internal abilities and amplify external actions. It increases our inner strength and perseverance to overcome our limits.

We can use it to destroy negativity, obstacles, limitations, and amplify anything.

Kali's Threefold Mantra: Krim Haum Hrim.

The three-fold mantra begins with Krim, which grounds and builds energy.

The root of the Haum mantra is Ha – representing the etheric element, Prana, and the Sun, Porus, pure consciousness. The Haum mantra is the power of Agni (Fire) controlled by Vayu (Wind). The Haum mantra, like wind-blown fire, excites, expands.

Hrim is the mantra of the Spiritual Heart (hridaya- Sun-Soul).

Here too, Ha represents Prana, Sun, Light, Ra represents fire, and I represents concentrated energy, willpower. Putting the three together, Kali's threefold mantra awakens and energizes the entire Soul. It gives a kind of spiritual adrenaline.

• Crimea cuts through knots like a sword, stimulates our energy like (granthi) lightning.

• Haum expands this energy explosively.

• The Hrim guides energy into the Soul, the Spiritual Heart, and stabilizes it.

Kali's Sevenfold Mantra: Krim Krim Krim Haum Haum Hrim Hrim.

Extended Kali Mantra: Krim Krim Krim Haum Haum Hrim Hrim Daksine Kalika  .

Crimea Crimea Crimea Haum Haum Hrim Hrim Szvaha.

The extended Kali Mantra consists of two Sevenfold Mantras and an invocation of Dakshini Kali, concluding with Svaha - "Fire Offering".

Invocation and double repetition further enhance the effects. The manifestations/forms described above can also be substituted for Dakshina Kali.

It also has a Yantra and that can be used as well.
