Heart Chakra Supplemental Meditation


Chant/Mantra:  ÍÉJ. 

ÍÍÍÉÉÉJJJ.

Breathing exercises:


#1. Inhale for a count of 2 and draw energy up from your root chakra and down from your crown chakra, meeting at your heart chakra. Fill your lungs in this way.


Hold your breath for a count of 4  , then exhale and vibrate: Í

#2. Inhale for a count of 6 and draw energy up from your root chakra and down from your crown chakra, meeting at your heart chakra. Fill your lungs in this way.

Hold your breath for a count of 4, then exhale and vibrate  :

Visualization:

Visualize your heart chakra as a spinning, bright green vortex and see it spin faster and faster.



Concentration:

Meditate on it and "feel" your heart chakra. Do a gentle energy breath with normal breaths, through your crown and root chakras, and let the two energies meet in the middle. Focus loosely on feeling the energy.
