Life & Death
The Elixir of Life and the Chalice of Death
Correct chakra openings and strengthening, as well as their correct alignment, are very important. The most important chakra is the navel chakra.
The navel chakra is located directly above the navel and is directly connected to it.
The fetus is connected to the mother through the umbilical cord, through which it receives the nutrients necessary for life.
So the navel area is particularly important, since we all receive life through this for the first time.
That is why the solar chakra is the most important of all.
This is where our power resides, with which we heal and are healed, etc.
The partner of this chakra is the sixth chakra and the pineal gland associated with it. These chakras provide the basis of the Magnum Opus.
If someone progresses with the meditations in the right way, at a certain point they can often experience a sweet, minty taste in their mouth, especially after meditation. This remains during the day, but usually intensifies after meditation.
This taste is the taste of the Nectar of Immortality, or the Elixir of Life, which is produced by the pineal gland. If you experience this taste, you can know that you are meditating correctly.
There is also the opposite of this, the "Chalice of Poison" or "Chalice of Death."
This is experienced by those who follow New Age teachings and focus on the heart chakra.
Many of them have felt a metallic taste in their mouths. The Hindus knew about this "poison" and warned that one should spit it out rather than swallow it.
The 1989 film "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" features a fictionalized version of this (at the end, when they must drink from the correct chalice to achieve immortality).
