Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:

First:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the FRONT Navel Chakra  and meditate on it.
FRONT Navel Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Navel  Chakra 
on the LEFT side   and meditate on this.

LEFT SIDE Navel chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Navel   Chakra  at the BACK  and meditate on this.

BACK Navel Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

Afterwards:

Concentrate and visualize   the expansion of the  Navel Chakra on the RIGHT side   and meditate on this.

RIGHT SIDE Navel Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

Next:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Navel Chakra  in the CENTER    and meditate on this.

CENTER Navel Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

Finally:

Concentrate and visualize  expanding ALL of your  Navel   Chakras   and meditate on them all at once.

ALL Navel Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  RRRAAAHHH.

You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
