Opening the Sixth Watchtower Chakra


Perform a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice

Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:

First:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the FRONT 3rd Eye chakra  and meditate on it.
FRONT 3rd Eye chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize the expansion of  the 3rd Eye  chakra
on the LEFT side  and meditate on this.

LEFT 3rd Eye Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the   3rd  Eye chakra at the BACK  and meditate on this.

BACK 3rd Eye Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then   TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.

Afterwards:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the  3rd Eye chakra  on the RIGHT side    and meditate on this.

RIGHT SIDE 3rd eye chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.

Next:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the 3rd Eye chakra  in the CENTER    and meditate on this.

MIDDLE 3rd Eye Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then   TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.

Finally:

Concentrate and visualize    expanding ALL 3rd  Eye chakras and   meditate on all of them at once.

ALL 3rd Eye Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  TTTHHHHOOOTTTHHH.


You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
