Brahmari Yogic Humming Breathing
Chakra: 2nd and 5th
1. Inhale as you did for full yoga breathing.
2. As you exhale, keep your lips closed and hum.
Vibrate your vocal cords, as if you were humming or humming. This will lengthen your exhalation. That is, inhale fully, then hum with your lips closed until you run out of air.
3. Make a humming sound HHHMMMMMMMM.
You can do as much of it as you want. It's very calming. You can even do it while focusing on one of your chakras.
