Buddha Suddhi Meditation

Buddha Suddhi Meditation

Buddha or Bhuta Suddhi is a system, a style of development within Tantric Yoga. Its ultimate goal and essence are the same as those of the Magnum Opus: the purification, dissolution and unification of the imperfect elements with the timeless, perfect Materia Prima; its literal meaning is: "Purification of the Elements".
It has two main components: the Serpent Power and the bija [root, germ] mantras of the elements. Together, the two dissolve, purify and "reform" the Elements in the Chakras.
Its final practice is very special, there are several versions, one of which I will describe.
Here is a complete series of practices based on Buddha Suddhi:

1. Attunement

2. Optional breathing exercise

3. Asanas

4. An exercise that awakens the Kundalini Force. The more it simmers, the better.

5. Meditate on the Root Chakra, feel the Serpent Power in it. Vibrate the Earth Bija Mantra:
Laum 7 times. Meditate on it for a few minutes, soon you will feel the energy wanting to rise, let it go and help it. After a few minutes you will experience that the concentrated Earth element felt in the Root Chakra dissolves into the Water element, becomes more subtle, and then rises to the Sacral Chakra. After that, transfer your attention here.
Repeat Step 5:
• With the Sacral Chakra – Vaum [Water]

• With Solar Chakra – Raum [Fire]

• With Heart Chakra – Yaum [Air]

• With the Throat Chakra – Haum [Ether]

• With the Sixth Chakra – Aum, or Thaum as you wish

• With Crown Chakra - Maum

Final exercise:

Once you are done, visualize Papa Purusha [first result on google images] in the left part of your abdomen.

1. Inhale through the left nostril and mentally vibrate: Yaum 4 times. This ugly goblin should be the center of your focus, and direct the mantra into it. Visualize how it begins to smoke under the influence of the Yaum mantra, completely covered in gray smoke.

2. While holding it, vibrate the Raum mantra over it 16 times. Visualize it bursting into flames, burning, and being destroyed by its effects, leaving only dust and ashes.

3. Exhale while vibrating the Vaum 8 times. Visualize the spoils of the fire turning into a mercurial blue-silver-gray Divine fluid [like the color of the Indian Gods] rising up to your head. Form a body from this substance that covers you completely, then place your consciousness within it.

Then consolidate it with the Laum mantra; at least 9 times, but up to 108 times, using a Mala.

As a closing, you can follow the Tantric ritual and vibrate: Sa Haum.

This means: She (Female) I Am. This refers to Parashakti, the "Supreme Woman", which is none other than the Logos or the "Word", the Sound Energy from which all existence comes, the literal "Primordial Mother". Whoever completes the Magnum Opus becomes the embodiment of this Power. The Sa Haum mantra is a symbolic affirmation, an awareness of this.

Beneficial effects:
1. The most noticeable is the increased self-confidence, you almost feel like a God descended to Earth.
2. Your bad qualities from the elements disappear and positive qualities come to the fore.
3. Higher energy level, balance.
4. It helps you to embed even more Kundalini energy into your consciousness. It prepares you for the actually advanced practices.
