Element Meditations

Element Meditations

To truly progress, you must master the elements. This is also the message of the Magician card in the Tarot. You must be strong to invoke the elements. For those who want to progress slowly, these meditations can help.

For the fire:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize a large bonfire. Hear the crackling and feel the heat, then smell the heat. Do this for 5 minutes.

For the water:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize yourself wading through water. This could be a lake, river, or ocean. Feel the water, hear the water, and smell the water as if you were actually there. Do this for 5 minutes.

To the ground:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize yourself walking barefoot on the ground. It is best to visualize yourself walking on the ground of a field, as this is very close to the element of earth. Feel the ground beneath your bare feet and hear and feel the soft breeze and smell the earth. Do this for 5 minutes.

For the air:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize yourself walking against the wind. Feel the wind blowing against your skin and hear the wind whistling in your ears. Feel the smell of fresh air blowing through you. Feel each step as you walk against the wind. Do this for 5 minutes.

For the fire:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize yourself walking in the desert. Feel the scorching heat and the dry, hot air in the hot environment. Feel the sand under your feet and feel your body getting warmer and warmer. Do this exercise for 3-4 minutes, but no longer.

For water:

1. Sit quietly and relax.

2. Visualize yourself in a cold environment. Feel yourself getting cold, Feel the cold wind on your skin.

For those who are familiar with snow (some of our brothers live in tropical regions, so not everyone has experienced snow), visualize yourself surrounded by snow and ice. Hear the crunch of the snow under your feet. For those who have never encountered snow, visualize yourself in a cold place and use all your astral senses. Do this exercise for 3-4 minutes, but no longer.

What are the above exercises good for:

Not only will they strengthen your astral senses, but they will also introduce you to working with the four elements (earth, air, fire, water). By invoking the elements – which we will practice in the next month of the program – we can strengthen ourselves to the point where we can withstand incredible amounts of heat, cold, and other extremes. The invocation and control of fire is an important element of pyrokinesis. By invoking the fire element we can keep ourselves warm, while by invoking the water element we can cool ourselves down if circumstances require it. The invocation of fire allowed Tibetan monks to spend the night of their initiation in the freezing mountains, naked, wrapped in a wet sheet, in a blizzard. In the morning, if the initiate passed the test, the sheet was warm and dry, and the snow and ice in the surrounding area had melted.
The air element, when properly invoked, results in levitation.

To compress the elements:

1. Quiet your mind.

2. Breathe in the element of fire and as you exhale, direct it all into your root chakra, concentrating it in this way.

3. Do this for 5 breaths.

4. Meditate on it and feel the warmth in your root chakra.

If you feel uncomfortable with this, you can instead direct the element of water into your sacral chakra.

Either do this or do that.

This is a kind of "training" for you to learn to concentrate and control the elements. You can do this outside of your body, and you will need this skill for advanced meditations. However, you need to go slowly. This is a very advanced technique. The element of fire will stimulate your kundalini.

Directing the elements to certain parts of the body can be used for healing. NEVER DIRECT THE FIRE ELEMENT TO YOUR HEART OR BRAIN!!! This can be very dangerous and can cause permanent damage to these very sensitive organs. In advanced people, most organs, except the heart and brain, can usually tolerate concentrated elements. Organs are not the same as chakras, as some have mistakenly assumed in e-groups. Elemental breathing into chakras is permissible.

Spinning the elements:

Spinning the elements is a very advanced technique. One should already be able to circulate energy through one's chakras. One of the most important steps in advanced meditations is to circulate the elements through the chakras. This is a very advanced method, and consists of concentrating the element that is dominant in the chakra and then circulating it. Work on mastering each one. You must definitely FEEL the element - scorching heat for fire, icy cold for water, heaviness for earth, and lightness for air. The quintessence varies between warm and hot. This is only done by experienced meditators, and it is a very advanced method.

This will form an important foundation for more advanced work that I will publish soon.

Our ancestors used the seasons to make their work easier. This is part of the four points. Summer is hot, so it is easier for beginners to meditate on fire or invoke it. Make sure you have a good place to cool down. It is easier to work with air in the spring, earth in the fall, and water in the winter, because the water is cold.

The next step is to combine the elements. For example, we circulate water after fire, then quintessence. This is all very powerful.

The waxing and full moon transform the fiery rays of the Sun into the element of water. The energy of both the Sun and the Moon must be invoked and circulated.

For example, let's look at the rotation of fire:

1. Breathe the element of fire into your entire body.

2. Condensate the fire into a small ball inside your root chakra.

3. Now direct the ball into your sacral chakra, then your navel chakra, your throat chakra, your third eye, your crown chakra, then your 6th chakra behind your third eye, then to the back of your head, to the back branch chakra of your 6th chakra. From there, take it down your spine through each chakra.

Spend enough time on it, burn through all your chakras thoroughly. This will strengthen and purify you.

4. When you are ready, bring the fireball into your root chakra or remove it through your navel chakra.

Do the same with the other elements, including quintessence. Doing the same with qi, or the secretions of the pineal gland, can also experience powerful AND pleasant effects.

Initially, work with only one element per work and master it to a mastery level. You can also invoke fire from the Sun - the hotter the Sun, the better.
