Prayanamas=Breathing techniques

Breathing is life itself. Our breathing is a rhythmic automatic life function. It works automatically, but sometimes it is better to observe, concentrate on and control it, just as we do our lives.
Breathing exercises can be used on their own. Whether at bedtime or early in the morning. We can do it mostly before or after yoga exercises. However, the most important thing is to do at least one Breathing Technique with each of our meditations. It is best to do the breathing techniques corresponding to the given chakras with chakra meditations. However, this is not mandatory for those who may not have much time for it. Breathing Techniques are also very powerful!!! Do a technique only a little and for a short time!!! You can increase it gradually, but NEVER OVERDO IT!!!
You may feel dizzy and your blood pressure may fluctuate over the long term. However, properly applied Breathing Techniques are extremely beneficial. They have a stress-relieving and concentration-improving effect. Each breathing technique also helps in the rise of Kundalini.
