Kumbhaka Moon Breathing
Chakras: 3rd eye, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th.
It consists of two parts.
A Waning Moon part and a Full Moon part.
After completing the Waning Moon section, do the same for the Full Moon section.
E.g.: If you do 4 sets for the Waning Moon section, then do 4 sets for the Full Moon section as well.
Waning Moon:
1. Breathe in through your nose for a count of 2.
2. Hold your breath for a count of 4.
3. Breathe out for a count of 6.
4. Hold your breath for a count of 4, (don't hold your breath for a count of 4).
This is a series. Make as many of it as you want.
Full Moon:
1. Breathe in through your nose for a count of 6.
2. Hold your breath for a count of 6.
3. Breathe out for a count of 4.
4. Do not hold your breath after exhaling.
This is a series. Make as many series of this as you made of Waning Moon.
In short:
FH:
1. Inhale for a count of 2.
2. Hold for a count of 4.
3. Exhale for a count of 6.
4. Hold for a count of 4.
TH :
1. Inhale for a count of 6.
2. Hold for a count of 6.
3. Exhale for a count of 4.
4. No hold.
Repeat the whole thing again, as long as we want.
