Astral Body Meditation

 Astral Body Meditation

Go into a trance and meditate on your astral body within your physical body. Try to feel your astral body, try to be aware of it. Once you are aware and able to feel it, or able to concentrate on it, do the following in your daily activities (this is an excerpt from Franz Bardon's book 34 "The Path of True Initiation"):

“Every person, under the influence of internal or external stimuli, performs conscious, semi-conscious, or subconscious actions without paying attention to them. The following exercise teaches you to consciously perform small actions at first, and then larger ones. You should strive to lengthen the duration of each conscious action. By conscious we do not mean that a person follows the thing with his thought or attention, but that he performs the action with his imagination.
For example, when I walk down the street, I do not think that I am going, but that my spirit is going, and it moves both the astral and the material legs. The same happens with the hands and other parts of the body.
If you can perform an action in this way for at least ten minutes, you have mastered this exercise perfectly.

The longer you can do this without dizziness or loss of balance, the better. Therefore, start with small actions, for a short period of time, and then increase them until you get used to the attitude, and finally you can extend them as you like. This practice is very important because it enables the student to perform an action mentally and astrally in connection with the material body, according to whether he is working with the mental or astral sphere.
Such an action is called a magical action. This explains why the magical rituals of the uninitiated are not successful. Because they do not have the ability to perform the ritual magically, that is, they are not prepared and attuned to work mentally and astrally in connection with matter.
If, for example, a medical magnetizer places his hands on the patient or performs magnetic strokes, but at the same time does not let his spiritual and astral hands radiate, and does not imagine that the spiritual force radiates through his spirit, the astral force the astral body, and the material force the material body of the patient, and thus influences it, then he will achieve only partial success, since all three components are found in the patient, that is, the body, the soul, and the spirit.
It goes without saying that the mental body influences only the mental body, that is, the spirit, the astral body only the astral sphere, that is, the soul, and the material body only the material world. This law must be taken into account. Consequently, it is essential that the magician can position himself both spiritually and spiritually, and can perform actions either as spirit or as soul. If he has understood and learned this well, and has mastered this practice perfectly, he can go further in his development.”
