Kriya to overcome depression
1. POSITION:
Lie on your back with your hands on the floor beside your torso. 2. Raise your left leg to a 60° angle with your knee straight.
Shake vigorously for 3 minutes.
Slowly lower your legs.
2. POSITION:
Do the same thing as in position 1, only now with your other leg.
3. POSITION:
Lift both legs at the same time and shake them.
Put your feet down slowly and meditate for a while.
4. POSITION:
In a comfortable sitting position, raise your arms at a 60° angle with your elbows straight.
Shake both wrists vigorously at the same time.
Meanwhile, close your eyes and focus on your pineal gland.
Focus on the center of the top of your head.
Slowly lower your hands and meditate on the feeling for a while.
5. POSITION:
Meditate with your eyes closed and your hands folded in your lap.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Inhale, hold.
Exhale like cannon fire. 5. Hold the breath out and pull your navel in forcefully.
