Mer-Ka-Ba-Sz Meditation


Sit comfortably, preferably in a cross-legged position, but sitting in a chair is fine as long as your spine is straight. Go into a trance state. Take a few minutes to cleanse your aura before beginning this exercise. This meditation is done over 18 breaths.


Visualize yourself in two pyramids. The basic meditation is done with white-gold energy in the pyramids, but as you become more experienced, you can use other colors once you know how to handle color energy. White-gold energy is the most powerful energy.

1. Touch your thumb and index finger together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then as you exhale for a count of 6, chant out loud or in your head: MMMEEERRR, with one long exhalation, while visualizing both of your pyramids filling with a brilliant golden-white color.




2. Touch your thumb and middle fingers together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then as you exhale for a count of 6, chant out loud or in your head: KKKAAAA, with one long exhalation. Continue to fill the pyramids strong, bright, intense.




3. Touch your thumb and ring fingers together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then as you exhale for a count of 6, chant aloud or in your head: BBBAAAA, with one long exhalation. Continue to fill the pyramids with strong, bright, intense energy.

 




  




4. Touch your thumb and little finger together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then as you exhale for a count of 6, hiss (you should make a single long “SZ”) with a single long exhale. SZ-SZ-SZ-SZ-SZ-SZ-SZ-SZ. Continue to fill the pyramids with strong, bright, intense energy.

  


  


5. Again, touching your thumb and index finger together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then exhale for a count of 6, while visualizing both of your pyramids filling with a brilliant golden-white color.

There is no need to chant for this step.

  


   


6. Again, touching your thumb and middle fingers together, inhale for a count of 6, hold for a count of 6, then exhale for a count of 6, while visualizing both of your pyramids filling with a brilliant golden-white color.

There is no need to chant for this step.

 



From now on, during meditation, with each breath you will inhale and visualize energy entering both ends of your windpipe simultaneously.

  



The windpipe extends one palm (measured with your own palm) beyond the top of your head, passes through the seven chakras, and ends one palm below the root chakra (base of the tailbone). When you are standing, it ends one palm below the soles of your feet.

The diameter of the tube is about the size of a circle made by touching your thumb and middle finger together, and it narrows at both ends. The tube is transparent like glass.

The next three illustrations do not have pyramids to make it easier to see. (You should always visualize yourself inside the pyramids during the exercise.) 


7. Touch your thumb to your ring and pinky fingers, and extend your index and middle fingers as shown. Breathe in energy for a count of 6, visualizing bright, white-gold energy flowing in simultaneously from both ends of the tube, meeting between your 2nd and 3rd chakras.

  


 


Hold your breath for a count of 6. The light will take on a spherical shape, the size of a grapefruit.

Exhale for a count of 6 and visualize the sphere becoming brighter with energy.

8. Keep your fingers in the previous position. Breathe in energy for a count of 6, visualizing the ball growing in size until it reaches the base of your chest and the top of your pubic bone.

  

  


Hold your breath for a count of 6.

Exhale for a count of 6, visualizing the sphere increasing in intensity.

9. Keep your fingers in the previous position. Breathe in energy for a count of 6, visualizing the sphere becoming brighter and the energy becoming more concentrated within it.




Hold your breath for a count of 6, visualize and feel the brightness, intensity, and power of the sphere.

Exhale for a count of 6, visualizing the sphere becoming brighter and stronger.

10. Keep your fingers in the previous position. Inhale energy for a count of 6. The sphere reaches its maximum concentration, bursts into white/steel blue flames, then becomes a brilliant, bright gold color like the Sun.

  



Round your lips to exhale air.

Exhale for a count of 6, visualizing the sphere expanding and surrounding your entire body. The smaller sphere will remain in place and will be more concentrated and brighter than the larger sphere. (Visualize yourself inflating the sphere.)

11. Keep your fingers in the previous position. Breathe in energy for a count of 6. Visualize and feel the energy entering both ends of your windpipe, concentrating in the smaller sphere, and then expanding into the larger sphere.




Hold your breath for a count of 6.

Exhale for a count of 6 and visualize the concentrated energy expanding outward into the larger sphere, making it brighter and stronger.

At this point, you will more than likely see the smaller sphere start to spin. It doesn't matter which direction it spins. Visualize it spinning and let go.




Steps 12 and 13 are the same as step 11. (Continue to spin the ball).

14. Men should place their left palm on top of their right palm, both palms facing up. Women should place their right palm on top of their left palm, both palms facing up.


At the beginning of your inhalation, bring the smaller sphere to your 3rd chakra (navel chakra), inhale for a count of 6.

If you are experienced, you can also move the sphere to other chakras (see picture).

15. Breathe in for a count of 6 and say to yourself: “EQUAL SPEED.”

The two pyramids begin to spin in opposite directions. The upper pyramid spins counterclockwise, the lower pyramid spins clockwise.




Round your lips as you did before and exhale for a count of 6. Spin them and feel your pyramids spin in the opposite direction. They are now spinning at a quarter of the speed of light. Their spin will create a pulsating sensation.

16. Breathe in for a count of 6 and say to yourself: “HALF THE SPEED OF LIGHT”.

Round your lips again and exhale for a count of 6, spinning the pyramids, feeling them spin in the opposite direction. They are now spinning at half the speed of light.



17. Breathe in for a count of 6 and say to yourself: “THREE QUARTERS OF THE SPEED OF LIGHT.”

Round your lips again and exhale for a count of 6. As you approach three-quarters of the speed of light, a flat disk will appear below your navel, expanding to about 55 feet (16.7 meters) in diameter. Visualize this as the Sombrero Galaxy, as shown in the image.

Continue to exhale and feel the speed of the disc increase and then stabilize.



18. Breathe in for a count of 6 and say to yourself: “SPEED OF LIGHT”.

Visualize your disc and pyramids spinning so fast that they emit intense white light and energy, then hold for a count of 6 and exhale for a count of 6. This will stabilize the disc.



It is strongly recommended to then meditate on the pulsating sensation of the disc for another 5-15 minutes.
