(1.) Spinal Twist, alternating directions. In a light sitting position, clasp your hands behind your neck, in line with your heart. Keep your upper arms parallel to the ground. Turn left as you inhale, turn right as you exhale. Continue at a medium pace for 3 minutes.

(2) Yoga Mudra. In a comfortable sitting position, clasp your hands behind your back at the base of your spine. Do fire breathing, alternating between the above pose and the yoga mudra for 2 minutes. Do the movement at a steady pace, in sync with your breathing.

(3) In a back push-up, drop your head back. Then lower your buttocks to the floor and raise your head straight up, in line with your spine. Alternate between the two positions in a steady rhythm, breathing fire, for 1.5 minutes. This exercise increases the strength and flexibility of the pelvic region and relaxes the pelvis.

(4) In a crow squat, extend both arms straight forward, parallel to the ground, palms facing down. Stand up on an inhale, squat down on an exhale. Do 26 times.

(5) Forward Bend. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, extend your arms above your head, palms facing forward. As you inhale, bend back as far as you can. As you exhale, bend forward and touch the floor. Do 26 times.

(6) Side-lying trunk. Stand straight and extend your arms above your head. Inhale and tilt your upper body to the left, exhale and tilt your upper body to the right. Tilt your upper body to each side 26 times. Then relax your arms.

(7) Rhythmic Kicks. Remain standing. Place your hands on your waist and kick forward with alternating legs, keeping your legs straight. With each kick, chant HAR, with the tip of your tongue touching the roof of your mouth as you vibrate the "r" sound. Kick rapidly, once every second, for 3 minutes. The tantric mantra "HAR" goes well with this.

(8) Meditation for the Tenth Gate: To experience your limitlessness. Sit in an easy chair, with your spine straight, your chin tucked in slightly. Place your hands in your lap, palms up, your right palm placed on your left, the pads of your thumbs touching. Look up, focusing on the center of the top of your head, the tenth gate, (crown chakra). Mentally chant the mantra "HAR HAR" while drawing in the navel point. Then, while drawing in the navel point, press the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and chant the word "MUKANDÉ" to yourself. Concentrate deeply and immerse yourself in this meditation to experience the emanation of "Shashra". Experience your limitlessness. Feel yourself transcending time and space, into a realm of complete peace and joy. Do this for 11-31 minutes. Singh Kaur's Har Har Mukandé mantra from the Crimson series goes well with this. This sequence of exercises is taken from the publication "The Secret Science of Kundalini Yoga"

Comment:

To reach the etheric realm of subtle existence, where we are by nature limitless, we must first create a solid foundation on the earth. By practicing this kriya, which primarily works on the pelvic area, we can build that foundation. Meditation then takes us into the realm of the infinite. On a physiological level, the pelvis is the foundation, the basis of balance for the upper body and the lower base on the earth. The pelvis of a woman is especially delicate because the bones do not fit together and can easily slip apart. Chronic misalignment, tension, and inflexibility manifest their effects on a physical and emotional level, in the form of sciatica, menstrual disorders, and in the case of men, impotence.
