1. Spinal Bend: Sit in rock pose. Inhale, stretch your upper body forward, mentally chant "Sat" and focus on the root chakra. Exhale, arch your back, mentally chant "Nam" and focus on the navel chakra. Do this for 2-3 minutes. To finish: inhale, root lock, exhale, root lock, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

2. Body Drops: Sit in a straight position. Place your palms next to your hips. Lift your body and legs off the ground for a moment and let them fall back down. Keep your spine vertical. Do this at a fast pace for 2-3 minutes.

3. Crow Pose: Squat with your feet flat on the ground. Support your back if necessary for a full squat. Keep your spine straight. Clasp your hands together, index fingers extended. Extend your arms in line with your heart, pointing into infinity. Hold the position, breathing fire for 2-3 minutes. 9. Arm Raises: In a comfortable sitting position, extend your arms horizontally in front of you, palms down. Alternate raising your arms to a 60-degree angle. Inhale, raise your right arm, exhale, the left. Continue with rapid movement (almost at a fire breathing pace) for 2-3 minutes. To finish: raise both arms to the height of your 3rd eye. 10. Cosmic Connection: (A) Sit lightly with hands in Venus lock, palms down 2 inches above crown chakra. Focus eyes upward through crown chakra. Breathe fire for 2-3 minutes. (B) Continue to focus on crown chakra, keep hand in place, extend index finger, and breathe long, deep breaths for 2-3 minutes. (C) Continue to hold arm, open palms, fingertips touching, Breathe fire for 2-3 minutes. To finish: inhale, hold and project, exhale, relax.

11. Green Energy Generation: Sit comfortably, arms relaxed at your sides, palms facing forward in front of your shoulders. As you visualize green energy, chant from your heart, "Hari, Hari, Hari Har" and feel the gentle pulsation of your navel. 2-11 minutes To conclude: Inhale, exhale, relax. Meditate in Gijan mudra.
