(1.) Get into Chair Pose (knees bent, back parallel to the ground, hands resting on the feet.) Keep your spine straight, head facing down. Turn your head to your left shoulder and chant: WÁ-HÉ. Turn your head to your right shoulder and chant: GU-RÚ. Alternate at a medium pace so that the chanting is continuous: WÁ-HÉ GU-RÚ, WÁ-HÉ GURÚ. Continue for 3 minutes.

(2) Stand straight. Place your hands on your hips and lean back. Keep your legs straight and let your head fall back. Turn your head to the left and chant: WÁ-HÉ. Turn your head to the right and chant: GU-RÚ. Continue for 3 minutes.

(3) Stand straight. Lean forward slightly, place your hands on your knees. Keep your spine straight, but your head facing upwards. Chant: WÁ-HÉ while turning your head to the left. Chant GU-RÚ while turning your head to the right. Continue for 3 minutes.

(4) In a standing position, extend your arms above your head, Chant WA-HE with your feet on the ground, while chanting GU-RU, rise onto your toes. Continue for 3 minutes.

(5) Sphinx. In a corner seat, place your palms on the ground in front of your knees. Keep your spine and arms straight, like a seated sphinx. Bend forward, touch your forehead to the ground, and chant: GU-RÚ. Rise up and chant WÁ-HÉ. Continue for 3 minutes.

(6) In a light sitting position, start whispering the Panj Shabd: SA-TA-NA-MA. After two minutes, chant it out loud for another 2 minutes.

(7) Pelvic Shoveling with Chanting. Immediately after the previous exercise, sit on your heels with your palms on your thighs. Begin to arch your spine, chanting in a powerful whisper while bending forward: SZA, while bending backward TÁ, while bending forward NA, while bending backward MA. Continue for 3 minutes, then meditate.

Comment:

While chanting WA, focus on the navel point, while chanting HE, focus on the chest, and while chanting GU-RU, focus on your pursed lips. This kriya can be learned through experience. The sequence of exercises is designed to strengthen the thyroid, pituitary, and pineal glands in a comprehensive manner. The entire body will sweat. After completing the kriya, meditate and experience that we are channels of truth, and that maintaining our dignity in the most undignified moments is the true value of a person.
