Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:

First:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Heart chakra in the FRONT  and meditate on this.
FRONT Heart chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

Then:

Concentrate and visualize
the expansion of the Heart Chakra on the LEFT side  and meditate on this.
LEFT SIDE Heart Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

Then:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Heart chakra at the BACK  and meditate on this.
BACK Heart chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

Afterwards:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the  Heart Chakra on the RIGHT side  and meditate on this.
RIGHT SIDE Heart Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

Next:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the Heart chakra in the CENTER  and meditate on this.
CENTER Heart chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

Finally:

Concentrate and visualize  the  expansion of ALL Heart chakras  and meditate on all at once.
ALL Heart chakras, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then  AAAMMMUUUNNN .

You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
