Aura Strengthening Meditation


This meditation, if done regularly, is great for getting a little extra energy. It's a pretty powerful meditation, and it grows stronger over time. You can also do this meditation outdoors, drawing energy from the Sun. This really enhances its effect.

1. Go into a trance, the deeper the better. Cleanse your aura and chakras.

2. Breathe in energy for a count of 6, visualizing a bright, white-gold energy surrounding your entire head, inside and out, all the way down to your neck. Then relax and focus on feeling this energy and visualizing it for about 5 minutes. You can also do this while listening to music, which will help with timing. Then breathe in energy and charge your crown chakra, your third eye, and your 6th chakra behind your 3rd eye – visualizing them being filled with even more light than before.

3. Now go to your neck and do the same. Breathe in for a count of 6 and charge your throat chakra.

4. Go to your shoulders and charge them like you would the other chakras, inhale for six breaths, then relax and focus on the energy for 5 minutes.

There are smaller chakras in each joint. Go to your arms and do the same with your elbows and wrists. There are smaller chakras in your elbows and wrists, and if you fill and strengthen these as well, your energy will flow better. Go to your hands and visualize white or golden balls of energy in your palms. Concentrate and relax, radiating this energy into your arms and hands for a few minutes.

5. Now go to your torso and do the same, filling your heart, navel, sacral, and root chakras with the radiant energy. Concentrate on this for several minutes.

6. Go to your hips and charge your hip chakras with energy, then your thighs and knees. There are small chakras in your knees as well. Go to your ankles and charge your chakras there, then go to your feet. Visualize two bright, white-gold balls of light under your feet, as you did with your hands. 

Do not do this exercise before going to sleep, as the energy may keep you awake.

For healing, after doing this exercise, concentrate on the affected area and bring the light/energy there for 10-15 minutes. If you are healing, you must do it every day and never miss a day, otherwise the process may reverse.
