A Serpentine Meditation
A Serpentine Meditation
The Egyptians and Buddhists also practiced and still practice meditations on kundalini serpent affirmations.
This meditation, like the snake meditation, is very powerful and should only be done by those who are advanced meditators and have strong enough chakras.
Like in the ancient Egyptian depictions where the snake emerges from the third eye. The extended snake acts as a psychic sensor that we can use. It can extend much further than 2 feet. This meditation strengthens this sensor.
1. Sit with your back straight. 2. Concentrate on your root chakra as it glows a strong, vibrant golden-red color.
3. Visualize the snake glowing in the same way, illuminating the root chakra and changing its color to white-gold, then exiting the left side of the root chakra.
4. The snake curves outward to the left side of the body, then back, entering the left side of the second chakra. Visualize this chakra lighting up in an orange-gold color.
5. The snake exits on the right side of the 2nd chakra, makes a turn, and enters on the right side of the navel chakra, strengthening it and changing its color to white-gold.
6. Exiting on the left side of the third chakra, it curves and enters the heart chakra on the left side, illuminating it with green-gold energy.
7. Exiting on the right side of the 4th chakra and making an arc, it enters the 5th chakra on the right side, filling it with bright blue energy.
8. Exiting on the left side of the throat chakra, the snake turns back and enters the 6th chakra behind the third eye, on the left side. Illuminate this chakra with bright, bluish-purple energy, filling and strengthening it.
9. The snake exits at the beginning of the 6th chakra, via an alternate route. Visualize the snake entering your third eye from the back and exiting at the front. Extend the snake about 12 inches (30 cm) from your third eye and try to feel it projecting from your aura.
10. Pull the snake back to your third eye, then back to your sixth chakra, then the snake can start moving downwards.
11. Direct the snake to the right side of your throat chakra, illuminating it, then rise out the left side of your throat chakra. After making an arc, return to your heart chakra from the left, strengthening it.
12. It emerges from the heart chakra on the right side, curves in a semicircle back to the navel chakra from the right, enlightened and strengthened.
13. Then out on the left side of the navel chakra, in on the left side of the sacral chakra, strengthening and brightening it.
14. Exiting the 2nd chakra on the right side, it turns back and enters the root chakra from the right, strengthening it with bright light and energy. Meditate on your root chakra for a while and strengthen it with this bright energy.
This is repeatable and an exceptionally powerful meditation.
