Throat Chakra Supplemental Meditation


Chanting/Mantra:   None, just the humming breath.

Breathing exercises:


Buzzing Breathing.

Inhale through your nose, filling your lungs. Exhale in one long buzzing sound with your lips closed.
This will complete the exhale. Repeat 5 times.

Visualization:

Visualize your throat chakra as a spinning, bright sky blue vortex, and see it spinning faster and faster.



Concentration:

Meditate on it and "feel" your throat chakra.
