Elemental Invoking Meditations
Elemental Invoking Meditations
When your goals are personal and relate to yourself, you must invoke the elements and project them from within yourself.
The evocation of energy is different. When we do it for others, it is important to evoke the elements, because when we project them from ourselves, we create a connection with the person we are sending them to. The energy used must be drawn from the universe. It is important to master both the evocation and invocation of the elements, because this is how we can reach an advanced level in our abilities.
Evocation of fire:
Go into a trance and visualize yourself in the middle of the fire. Feel the heat, hear the flames hiss and crackle, feel the burning. Now gather and concentrate the fire into a ball in front of you. Draw the fire around you from all directions into the ball in front of you. The more fire you direct into the ball, the more solid, material, hotter it will become. You should feel the heat as you do this.
The more you compress the fire, the greater the heat will be. You should feel like you're literally in an oven.
Now disperse the fireball, visualize it disintegrating. This is the exact opposite of how you created it. Keep visualizing it disintegrating, losing its power, heat, and eventually becoming nothing.
Evocation of air:
Go into a trance and visualize yourself in the middle of the air, filling the entire room with it. Draw air from all directions at once into a sphere in front of you. Fill the sphere completely with the element of air. You should feel very light, as if you are floating.
When you're done, disperse it like you did with the fireball.
Evocation of water:
Go into a trance and visualize yourself in the middle of an ocean or lake. Draw the element of water closer to you from all directions. Feel the water first as a cold mist, then as you draw it closer to your body, it should feel icy cold. Now gather the water into a ball in front of you, then disperse it as you did with the fire and air. Let it evaporate into nothingness.
Evocation of the earth:
Go into a trance and simultaneously draw a gray mass, similar to clay, towards you from all directions. The closer you draw it towards you, the browner and browner it becomes, denser, like earth. Fill the entire room with the heavy mass of the earth element and visualize it compressing into a sphere. Feel the heaviness and gravity, the pressure on your body. When you are ready, disperse it as you would the other elements.
Evoke the element of fire again, but this time place a glass of tap water in front of you and draw fire from all directions into the glass of water, concentrating it. It is best to use a transparent glass. Imagine the water getting hotter and hotter from the element of fire.
If you were successful, the temperature of the water will rise a few degrees. When you're done, taste the water: if you did it right, it will have a strange taste.
Later, when you can increase the temperature of the tap water, work with increasingly colder water and practice the same thing.
