In a comfortable sitting position, extend your arms horizontally to the side, bend your wrists 90 degrees, fingers together, palms facing out (1), (2) turn your hands so that your fingers are facing straight ahead, (3) face up again, (4) turn them straight back, moving rhythmically, one cycle in 4 seconds. Inhale in positions 1 and 3, exhale in positions 2 and 4, for 6-7 minutes. This changes the chemistry of your brain. As before, extend your arms straight out to the side, palms facing out (A), inhale and raise your arms in an arc, slightly in front of the top of your head, palms crossed but not touching (B), exhale return to the extended arms position on the side. Inhale, raise arms overhead, palms down as before, but slightly behind head (C). Continue for 1-2 minutes. Continue arm movements from exercise 2 and add crow squats. Exhale, squat down into crow pose, arms to sides, inhale, stand up, arms overhead. About 1 movement per second, continue for 3-4 minutes.
