Foundational Meditation
Foundational Meditation
The breath – the foundation of the power of the mind.
1. Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down somewhere, the main thing is that it is comfortable.
2. Imagine and will that with each inhalation, not only your lungs are taking in air, but your entire body is taking in energy. You are breathing with your entire body. The breath serves as a focal point for the intake of energy.
3. Become aware that every cell in your body, including your lungs, is absorbing energy. Like a dry sponge being dipped in water. Let your body absorb energy with every breath.
Everyone will feel the energy differently, as no one is the same.
To reverse this, blow out the energy. This can make you exhausted, so you shouldn't do it regularly, just enough to get the hang of it.
• You can direct the absorbed energy to a specific point on your body, thus healing yourself.
• In a short time you will be able to feel the energy when you inhale. As you progress, you will be able to see it, no need to visualize it.
• Feeling is the most important thing in this practice, especially when you are new to it. Don't try to see the energy, as this can be confusing. Just try to feel it.
As you progress, you can use this technique to draw energy from the Sun, or almost anything you choose.
