Opening the First Watchtower Chakra
Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:
First:
Concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Root Chakra in the FRONT and meditate on this.
FRONT Root Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
Then:
Concentrate and visualize
the expansion of the Root Chakra on the LEFT side and meditate on this.
LEFT SIDE Root Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
Then:
Concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Root Chakra in the BACK and meditate on this.
BACK Root Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
Afterwards:
Concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Root Chakra on the RIGHT side and meditate on this.
RIGHT SIDE Root Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
Next:
Concentrate and visualize the expansion of the Root Chakra in the CENTER and meditate on this.
CENTER Root Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
Finally:
Concentrate and visualize expanding ALL Root Chakras and meditate on all at once. ALL Root Chakras, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then RRRAAAYYYEEETTTHHH.
You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
