Circulation-improving kriyas
1. POSITION:
In an easy sitting position, place your hands on your shoulders.
Thumb back, other fingers forward.
Take long, deep breaths for 3 minutes.
Mentally circulate the Prana energy.
2. POSITION:
Lying on your back, lift your toes and head 30 cm off the ground and hold this.
Breathe comfortably for 2 minutes.
Start breathing fire for 1 minute to relieve the pain.
Relax.
3. POSITION:
Lying on your back, place your arms next to your body.
Your heels and toes should touch.
Press your toes down further and further. That is, turn your feet out to the tips.
Then raise your heels 1.5cm off the ground with your legs extended. Hold this.
Start taking long, deep breaths for 3 minutes.
Lower your legs and relax in corpse pose for 2 minutes.
Kick your feet again, only this time even harder.
Raise your heels, but only to a height of 8 cm.
Core lock (buttock contraction) and relax.
Relax in corpse pose.

Imagine having no arms, no legs, no torso, no head.
4. POSITION:
Laugh continuously while lying on your back.

5. POSITION:
Lie on your back with your arms straight and close to your body.
Your legs should be stretched out rigidly.
Turn over, over and over again without using your arms or legs.
Keep spinning like a log.
6. POSITION:
Deep relaxation to gong, or long chanting of SAT NAM, or any Astang Mantra music.
Circle your wrists and ankles.
Stretch your spine.
7. POSITION:
Close your right nostril with your right thumb.
Your other fingers should be pointing upwards, closed together.
Breathe long and deeply through your left nostril for about 5 minutes.
Big inhale, hold, quick exhale.
