Chakra: 1st, 3rd, 6th.

This breathing technique is an advanced practice, you need to be proficient in breathing techniques and energy control and management. It is an important breathing exercise as it connects the thyroid gland with the 6th chakra and the 3rd chakra. It creates a strong energy bond between the two chakras.

1. Breathe in through your 1st chakra into your 3rd chakra.
That is, as you breathe, you need to concentrate on these chakras.
The 1st chakra is at your spine, it is red and a triangle pointing up.
The 3rd chakra is above your navel, it is yellow and a triangle pointing down.
You need to concentrate and visualize these.

2. Hold your breath for as long as is comfortable and focus on
your 6th chakra/pineal gland.
You should feel pressure here.
The 6th chakra is in the center of your head, blue-violet in color and
a triangle pointing downwards.

3. Exhale and repeat the exercise as many times as you like.

 The white gold color is the strongest,
but you can visualize this inhaled energy according to the color energy of the given chakra. You can also do it outside in the sun and visualize the inhaled air
as the energy of the Sun. The energy of the Sun is incredibly powerful and I highly recommend it.

1. Breathe energy into a given chakra for a count of 7. That's enough, but you can do it longer.

2. Hold your breath for a count of 7.

3. Exhale for a count of 7.

You can also do:

1. Once you are done with all your chakras, breathe energy into every part of your body.

2. On your head, torso, arms, legs.

3. On the sides of your body, the front and back of your body.

4. Then this energy should meet in the middle, at the 6th chakra, the pineal gland.
