This breathing can be done on just one chakra, or on all chakras.
If the chakra has little energy, strength or is blocked, then breathe into it several times a day. If you breathe into all chakras, take more time.
It is important to visualize the chakras correctly during the breathing exercise. Visualize the location, color and position of the chakra.
Visualize the inhaled air as inhaled energy.
