 Energy Circulating Meditation


This meditation is very powerful. It is practiced by martial artists and advanced meditators alike. It allows the practitioner to feel, control, and influence energy.

Be patient. In the beginning, you will more than likely need 15-30 minutes to do this meditation. Again, this depends on the individual. In the beginning, for most people, the energy will start slowly and will move like molasses, but this will vary depending on how advanced we were in our previous lives.
Normally, with repeated meditations, this will accelerate and you will be able to control the energy with just your will. This practice is more about FEELING than visualization.

1. Focus on your crown chakra. Just sit for 3-4 minutes and meditate on this chakra. You may feel a “creeping” sensation. This is normal. When someone is evolving or on certain occasions, they may also experience intense pleasure. You may also feel pressure.

2. Now focus on your third eye. Meditate on your third eye for a few minutes. If you feel pressure here, that is normal.

3. Turn your attention to your throat chakra and do the same as the two chakras above.

4. Bring the energy to your heart chakra and focus on it for a few minutes.

5. Now focus on your navel chakra and do the same.

6. Come to the second/sacral chakra – do the same as before.

7. Now focus on your perineum. This is between the scrotum and anus for men, and between the vagina and anus for women. This is a power point. Visualize the energy shining brightly at this point like the Sun.

8. Bring the energy to your root chakra and meditate on it for 3-4 minutes.

9. Now direct the energy up your spine to your second chakra. (This is the second chakra located on your spine – in the first part we focused on the chakras on the front of your body, now we will focus on the back).

10. Continue, directing the energy upward into each chakra along your spine until you reach your crown.

11. Now you can circulate the energy without stopping, down the front of your body, then stopping at the perineum and up the spine.

Circulate the energy as long as you feel comfortable. This practice allows you to influence and direct energy. This is the basis of all power. You will create a mind-link that will allow you to direct energy anywhere with just your concentration. You can use this for healing, empowerment, and other purposes.
