Chakra: 3rd eye and 6th.

This is both a breathing exercise and a meditation.
This meditation puts pressure on the 3rd eye or pineal gland, which further opens and strengthens whatever you are focusing on. Before you begin this meditation – or any other – you need to plan ahead what your meditation will consist of.
In this case, you need to decide whether you are going to focus on your pineal gland or your 3rd eye.
I did both, so I focused on my 3rd eye for the first half of the meditation and my pineal gland for the second half. 

1. Breathe in energy from the base of your spine, up to your 5th chakra.

2. Hold it in for as long as is comfortable, focusing on either your 3rd eye or your pituitary gland.
You should feel pressure or a slight pain.

3. Exhale and repeat a few times.
