Sixth Sense Chakra Supplemental Meditation
Chant/Mantra: AMUN, AMON or AMON.
AAAMMMOONNN .
Breathing exercises:
Alternate nostril breathing.
Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left, drawing energy through your nose into your third eye.
Visualize this vibrant indigo energy entering your third eye and then directing it back into your 6th chakra.
(The 6th chakra is located directly behind your third eye, in the center of your head.)
Close both nostrils and hold for a count of 6.
Exhale, keeping your right nostril closed. Vibrate: AAAMMMUUUNNN.
Now switch, close your left nostril with your thumb and inhale through your right, drawing the energy through your nose into your third eye. Visualize this vibrant indigo energy entering your third eye and then directing it back into your 6th chakra. Hold for a count of 6. Exhale
, keeping your left nostril closed. Vibrate: AAAMMMUUUNNN.
The above makes one circle. Repeat 4 times.
It is important to relax and take your time with this exercise.
Visualization:
Visualize your sixth chakra as a spinning, vibrant indigo vortex behind your third eye, and see it spinning faster and faster.
Concentration:
Meditate on it and look at your third eye with your eyes closed.
