You can do these meditations at any time. They not only open but also strengthen the chakras. Do them in order first. You can meditate on each chakra for a few chants, or for a few minutes, or even for an hour. Work on each one for at least four days, or even a week. After opening each chakra, rest for at least a few days. Before each meditation, do yoga and breathing techniques that you like. Be sure to take vitamins, but not too much, because it can destroy your kidneys, etc. I definitely recommend eye vitamins, vitamin A and vitamin E, and Collagen, because many people had poor vision for a month or two when opening the 3rd eye. Don't be scared by this, it will pass. Your head can also hurt a lot, so be prepared with painkillers. You can also be irritable and depressed. Don't take B vitamins, get them from food.

Don't rush or force anything. Opening and strengthening the Chakras is like strengthening muscles. Just do it gradually and systematically. For beginners, after all the Chakra openings, they should only do their Chakra Meditations and Other Meditations once a week and only for 5 chants. Then they can gradually increase the weekly and temporal height of the Meditations. Not everyone can meditate every day or of course doesn't feel like it. It's not necessary, only regularity matters. If you are sick, don't meditate, but rest and recover. Even after you recover, it's better to rest more so that you don't relapse.
