Opening the Fifth Watchtower Chakra



Do a few Yogas and Prayanamas of your choice. Then do this Meditation:

First:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the FORWARD Throat Chakra  and meditate on it.
FRONT Throat Chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize the expansion of  the Throat Chakra 
on the LEFT side   and meditate on this.

LEFT SIDE Throat chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

Then:

Concentrate and visualize    the expansion of the Throat  chakra at the BACK  and meditate on this.

BACK Throat chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

Afterwards:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the  Throat Chakra  on the RIGHT side    and meditate on this.

RIGHT SIDE Throat chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

Next:

Concentrate and visualize  the expansion of the CENTER Throat   Chakra   and meditate on it.

MIDDLE THROAT CHAKRA, inhale, hold and THROAT LOCK, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

Finally:

Concentrate and visualize   expanding ALL  Throat  chakras  and meditate on them all at once.

ALL Throat chakra, inhale, hold and Throat Lock, then NINNGHIZHIDDA. NNNIIINNNGGGGHHHIIIDDDAAA.

You can do the Meditation as many times as you want. For beginners, do 7 rounds.
